Yahya has just re grouted my bathroom this morning & done a really very good, professional job. I'm extremely happy with the result & would definitely recommend Mr grout to anyone who needs a freshen up of their bathroom with very little mess & time needed. Very reasonably priced as well, which is even better. THANK U

Good work done but $950 for a tiny bathroom and for 2.5 hour of work which equals $380 per hour. Absolute rip off.

Poor workmanship, damaged my tiles, terrible service, rude staff, didn’t get what I paid for. Worst experience. I’ve had to go elsewhere and pay to get my shower regrouted again because less than 6 months after the work being done by Mr Grout Pty Ltd, the grout was falling out again. Unethical company policies regarding only sending the same contractor for repairs as “they don’t pay them for warranty”. Just appalling. Do yourself a favour and don’t deal with this company.

They have been great to deal with from the start, helpful at answering my questions, accomodating when I chopped and changed doing just showers of the full job. Accomodating when I needed to push the job back. And then when work could commence was fast. Frank who did the job was professional, courteous and the end result is amazing. I was expecting an improvement but end result is like brand new. Am very happy and thankful I went with these guys. If you are wanting to work with a great customer focussed business that does a great job at a fair price. Look no further.

Just wanted to note that this isn't to do with their workmanship or quality. If you have grouting needs, they are good for it.Just be careful in asking for recommendations from their quoting technician. They will sell you on thier grouting service (as is their job) but wont look at other potential causes. We had asked the tech if he believed that we needed to do any work other than regrouting to fix our leak and he said no, we paid for the service and the issue remained the same. He didn't even ask to see the leak.The business model is a free quote, even if they dont really validate that their service is fit for purpose. Probably better to pay for an independent plumber of the like who you can trust to provide you with options.

Regrettably, I used Mr Grout to seal 2 showers in my house in Murrumba Downs (Qld).Looked ok when they finished but started leaking again soon after. When asked to fix their poor workmanship, they offered to quote to repair!! Would you pay twice for defective work? Me either.So not only do I still have a leaking shower, I have to pay someone else to fix what they couldn't plus thousands of dollars of damage caused in the house from the constant leaking since it was repaired".A picture tells a thousand words. Have a look at mine."

Quoted me $500 to regrout a small cubicle shower - walls only, floor cost $250 more. The guy gets there, takes one look and tells me I only put the new grout in"

I recently had Mr Grout replace grout in my swimming pool coping. The whole process from quoting to the finish of the job was smooth and professional. The two technicians, Nigel and John, were on time, very friendly and it was obvious they took great care with their work. The finished product was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mr Grout.

We initially booked Mr Grout for a quote and found the process simple and professional.It was afterwards, when we booked the work to be completed things went pearshaped.1st appt cancelled the day before by Mr Grout(Found out later on FB due to Covid)The second cancelled by myselfThe third cancelled by Mr GroutThe fourth appointment, a month later gave me time to read the small print in the Quote regarding their big logo 10 year warranty.T&C's make the 10 year warranty uselessEmailed yesterday to cancel.Made other arrangementsDISAPPOINTINGA representative of Mr Grout on Facebook argued and deflected their 2 cancellations by bringing up my 1 cancellation. It's left a bad taste and I would never recommend them to clients, family or friends.The customer is always right" is not a principle held at Mr Grout's admin."

Would not recommend the Gold Coast franchise at all. Workmanship was exceptionally poor (regrouting a shower, see photos) and despite a second visit to attempt to correct the problems, still awaiting a watertight shower.When attempting to resolve the issue, the operator chose to cease communicating via any means at all despite my repeated attempts to engage with them. A totally abysmal experience.
