Great post office run by a lovely family.The delivery of post to homes is actually a central function Australia Post - they need some serious training.But the services provided by the local Rose Bay post office are great.

The most friendly, helpful and professional run post office. I usually fear going to post offices as the people behind the counter can be rude but I love this Australia Post at Rose Bay North. They are always helpful with a smile and at times go out of their way to accommodate our needs. It reminds me of the good old days when we knew our post office people.

I am an almost daily customer and the owners could not be nicer or more helpful. Yi is really lovely as is his wife Nicole. I go out of my way to use the Rose Bay North post office as they are real pros and very kind. As far as I am concerned they are the best post office in the area.

Always been very helpful, professional and friendly. Never had any issues here. Often quieter than other Eastern suburbs POs which is great is you don't have time for queues.

Don't ever try and call - they don’t answer because they are always busy. Call central number and they can assist with appointments for this PO. All the staff are really lovely and very helpful. I don’t live in the area but this is my post office of choice.
