I had some bugs in my house which I thought it was bed bugs. The first place I called told me that I will have to get someone else out for an inspection which will cost around $200, and then the bed bugs treatment will be from $500. I called Propest as I was recommended by a colleague. David asked me to send through a photo of the bugs so that we can ensure it is bed bugs. Turned out it wasn't, but it was fabric bugs. He gave me some advice on how to get rid of them. Thanks to David, I didn't have to waste money on an inspection, which I would have to do had I have gone with the other pest place. I will come back to Propest if I have any other issues in the future.

Propest's service was timely and very efficient. I rang them Tuesday, they came on Wednesday. There had been a very bad odour pervading the house and Aaron search the roof space and under the house, where helocated and removing the source of the problem. Their rates are most inexpensive for a wonderful service. (About a quarter of the cost of a well known competitor. I will definitely commend them to everyone and use them again if the need arises.. Extremely satisfied customer.

Extermination for rodents in a small roof cavity done on 18th Mar. My agent told me on the 27th of June that the tenant had notified the problem had returned and we contacted the company straight away but they would not cover it under warranty as it was passed the 3 month warranty period (by 9 days). No consideration taken into the fact that as a rental property the rats probably came back during that warranty period and the tenants /agents hadn't notified me within the exact 3 month mark.Have gone for another company now which advised problem likely to be that they may not have put enough baits last time, because if there are many rats and not enough baits, some will be left untouched.With more competitive prices out there and longer warranty periods available I would advise others to consider their options thoroughly
