Make Riley at the Greenhills store a manager. His knowledge and customer service is brilliant. I saw him buzzing around the store helping multiple people at a time and appeared to be loving what he does. Brilliant.

With the all the crazy Christmas shopping currently happening at Green hills Universal Store the beautiful Ren absolutely made my day. Her expertise in customer service and understanding of the fashion trends helped me with the decision of my purchase. She also assisted many other people and was just as friendly. Chris and Kevin at the Greenhills store offer exceptional customer service. today, Chris helped my son with some new clothes, he could not have been any more helpful or attentive to us. His personality and manner is a true example of how this service industry should be. We will definitely be returning here. They were both so welcoming on entering. Don't ever let go of these two young men, they are exceptional! They are a fine asset to this store. Keep up the great work guys!

there is a lovely young staff member at this store, named riley. he was an incredible help during the boxing day sales today and was truly exceptional in the field of customer service and overall help. his extended knowledge of the products was immensely helpful and will definitely be shopping there again.

I’m not entirely sure if this is her correct name, however, Charlee was absolutely fantastic when trying to source some Converse shoes for me today. She was so prompt and energetic when locating the shoes from other stores due to low stock levels. Her service was delivered in a helpful and kind approach. Thank you so much Charlee!
