Ordered flowers for Mum's Birthday and they were delivered exactly when they said they would be, and the flowers looked fantastic. I think I possibly got more calls than mum to tell me how great the flowers looked and what a brilliant job I had done selecting them. So if like me you have no idea on what flowers look best leave it to these experts and then sit back and enjoy the praise. Thanks guys for making me look good and delivering such a fantastic service in these challenging times

Not knowing any florists in Bendigo I was so happy when I rang and the lady at the florists Annette answered she was so helpful and professional . I was left in no doubt that what she suggested for a special birthday and lady would be delivered on time like she said ,and it was .When you call from Bundaberg Queensland and you phone a business in another State it is so pleasing when people do there part and made it a great day for all WELL DONE

disappointing attitude - flowers ordered to celebrate a day, called at 10am and they were still thinking about getting round to delivering them some time during the day, maybe. You're in the business of helping people celebrate special days. Wake up and think about your customers, not your order book.At least when I called to chase the order they did make the delivery quickly ... but why did I have to call at all ?

Giving a Big Plug for Eaglehawk Floral Boutique. Not an easy time between Christmas and New Year to find a florist, with most businesses understandably being on holidays...! However very grateful to a staff member at Libertine Florist (who was on holidays when she answered my call...!) for her recommendation to give Eaglehawk Floral Boutique a call. Very reasonably priced and fantastic customer service. A Beautiful bouquet was organized in no time and promptly delivered when it was most needed. Very grateful. Thankyou So Much..! -)

My husband ordered me flowers for our anniversary. They were to be delivered that day. When he came home from work at 5:30pm he realised they hadn’t arrived. He called the owner of the store who said he had ‘run out of time’ and he would deliver them first thing the next morning. They ended up arriving in the late afternoon the next day. The flowers became meaningless as they were not delivered on our special day. Not good enough.
