Selling one’s house can be, and most times, is stressful, but made easier when left in very capable hands.Will and Kate are highly competitive and demonstrated a great deal of confidence in selling our house via an auction.Inspections were via appointment only, and they provided more than adequate notice on every occasion, for which we are grateful.They strived to achieve and did deliver the best result for us. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend them.

An online-only auction format has potentially cost a home buyer thousands. 30+ people outside a property on the day of auction with no one to represent, no open house prior. nothing to indicate Online only.The people who attended the address all had missed their chance to register and bid with no warning.I feel sorry the potential buyers and the seller.

Kate and Will and the whole team at Lumby Hampson are hardworking, professional, approachable, friendly and genuine, and great at handling all aspects of the process. On the day Kate and Will’s skills were excellent and willing to push as far as we could get. Very adaptable given that the sale suddenly was now occurring during the lockdown, they managed to switch to an online auction in record time and prove to be as confident on that platform as well. Thank you for the great result! Definitely recommend.

Will Kate and their team are excellent. I’m a former licensee of 25 years and of the agents we interviewed they read the market strength by far the best. Market presentation was exceptional, inspections were handled well - they took 30-35 groups round over a month and have the people to do it - and advice was always sound. Having watched them both as auctioneers you couldn't choose between them. They got us the best out of a strong market and showed courtesy professionalism and thoughtfulness from Go to Woah.
