The team from NC&F are friendly, professional, efficient and accommodating. When we renovated our kitchen, we replaced the 28 year old vinyl flooring, in our kitchen and family room,with timber look vinyl planks. We were so thrilled with the sensational look and feel, we continued replacing all the floors throughout our home(including carpet) with the same planks. Thanks for topping off our renovations with such a fresh updated look.We highly recommend Newcastle Carpet and Flooring!

We have had vinyl planks fitted on floors in our home in lieu of existing tiles and the installation has been carried out in a thorough, painstaking and timely manner. From my very first call with Paige, I knew Newcastle Carpet and Flooring was the right company for me. Each member of the team was courteous, respectful and informative. There was no fuss with the measure and quote conducted by David, it was a pleasure to talk with the company owner. The team who installed the carpet were all brilliant. Thank you all! Not a single mark on any of the cedar skirting boards, carpet was installed diligently in all rooms and into cupboard spaces. I’m not going to need new carpet for a while, but when the time comes I’ll be sure to call Newcastle Carpet and Flooring for the job. Thank you!

Many thanks to Dave, his shop staff and his installers for such a great job. We were unsure about what we wanted and Dave helped us through the many options which are available. He helped us select the best product in our budget, for our space and we are very happy! Newcastle Carpet and Flooring
Recently engaged Newcastle Carpet and flooring to replace our old carpet in living area, stairs and hallway with vinyl timber planks. Guys were great to deal with. There was some issues with the install due to a subpar install from the previous installation but the guys kept us up to date through our the process and were able to sort it no issue. We noticed one issue with how one plank was layed and the guys were back within a few days to repair it. Were really happy with the service and would highly recommend Dave and the guys

Great selection of vinyl tile flooring including sample pictures of previous laid jobs. Preparation and installation carried out professionally with old covering removed and disposed of. Staff very friendly and co-operative. Job brought forward two weeks due to a cancellation and work completed the next day without any issues.Would highly recommend them to any prospective customer.
