Last year I bought an assembled Motorworks Bigwheel 150 from Extreme Outdoors and I was extremely satisfied with their service, knowledge of their products and and their fair price. I have just bought a Crossfire Mustang Evo 3 from these guys as I was possitive that the service would still be great, and it was. They even gave me a slight discount because I have bought from them before. They also stock plenty of spare parts so if anything was to go wrong on any of my toys, I can purchase any quality part. I highly recommend these guys and would buy from them again.

Absolute useless bunch of crooks DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from here they sell motorbikes they dont have own or even stock but will gladly take your money .WHEN CONFRONTED HANG UP THE PHONE THESE GUYS ARE RIP OFF MERCHANTS.I personally dealt with MATT. As I have a broken foot I had a courier to collect the non existent motorbike for my son's 4th birthday. a present from his grandparents. Matt was rude and only interested in an upsale then tried to find any excuse he could to say we cant even collect the order .he was not willing to negotiate just hung up the phone I will be contacting CBS. You with your false misleading and deceptive advertising may have a bit of explaining to do

Ordered a product online, paid for in full and then received an email from them 2 days later saying that the product was actually double the price then advertised. I was told I would have to pay the difference. It was insulting the way we were treated and made to feel it was our fault.

Visited this mob with some problems I had with my 'Mars camper earlier in the month and drove away today VERY HAPPY ! Although normally very busy, on pick my camper up, they took me through everything, and advised how to avoid further problems. The service was A1 and I am happy to pass on my experience with Bailey and Russ. Thanx u guys, and keep up that customer service !

No communication sells products online even when they don't have stock and don't have any idea when stock will be in been trying to cancel order for over a week never hear back avoid at all costs

Picked up our Rover lifestyle camper this week :-), was impressed how we were shown everything all over how to pop camper up etc, plus it came in a week early ,with out hestitation Matt showed us everything even though they were due to close soon after, we were still being assisted nearly an hour after they were to close. That’s service you don’t get in many places. Thanks guys !!If I could say though we were slightly disappointed the money we spent on it, it was dirty from travelling up no doubt, we thought a fresh tub would have been a better presentation on pickup.

Dropped off a small quad bike that was not starting correctly. They were helpful and although it took a bit longer than I expected due to a staff shortage it was fixed without any problems and the service was very good.Would happily deal with them again.

Extremely disappointing. Possibly the worst customer experience I've ever had. Don't believe what's In stock" on the website as the store holds a fraction of what they advertised. Checked and double checked the price of an item only to have them say they made a mistake and the item was over a thousand dollars more

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional after sales service. They are good until they have your money. I have dealt with them by phone on over a dozen occasions - there is never a follow up by them, they don't keep promises or commitments, I always had to get back to them. Only a 12 mth warranty on the product which has had a few minor issues and they actually want to charge me for the experience ! It is run by a young 18/19 yr old who seems to know his product, but has no idea at all about how to run a business. Customer service is non-existent. Buy elsewhere if you can.

Terrible unprofessional staff! They recommend the wrong parts I paid good money for them. refused to refund and blamed me Was told couple of days for my parts and waited two weeks for that!
