Can’t thank the crew enough, we had a major issue with our 240v inlet socket, it got fried leaving us without any means of getting power from 240v mains or the ability to charge the 12 v batteries. Not a nice scenario with winter fast approaching in Tasmania. So we rocked up unannounced and explained the situation, no worries we were told , leave the van with us for a couple of hours and we’ll fix it for you . Sure enough I got the call 2 hours later to pick up the van- all fixed . They even noticed one LPG cylinder was empty and offered to refill it , now that’s reall service . Thanks a million as we can continue enjoying our holiday here in Tassie.

Our gas hose on the van failed the night before we were due to travel.Rang next morning spoke to Sam and said bring it in.They are super busy but Laurie took the time to fix the problem.Great service

Something went wrong with the service delivered. I emailed them to express my disappointment. Not long after I received a phone call and they made the most sincere apology. It showed so much passion for their job. They offered a range of beyond satisfying options to make up for the mistake.

Place seems to be run much better now with Sam and Tim on the team. Service is always excellent here. Great crew.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff. We were passing through town and needed a replacement water pump. Needed an additional fitting late in the day and the guys were super helpful right until advertised closing time!

I rang for advice, and without any promised paid work coming their way, I received considered answers to my questions with patience and courtesy. He took time to listen and answer me and put my mind to rest. Thank you so much!!

A reasonably well stocked shop, and initially pleasant. Two bad experiences here though, with work having to be redone (diesel heater and awning). Owner eventually sorted out the problems, but a particularly abusive staff member ruined what could have been turned into a positive experience. Sadly had to complain through our insurance company. Save your sanity and go somewhere else.

It took about 2 months to get a booking, so be prepared and book in advance. I booked in to have my water pump fixed, just the small $50 one. I was told on the phone I could do it myself and it would take 30 minutes maximum. I still booked it in as I do not have the tools required to diagnose and fix the issue. When I came in, they charged me $140 for an hour plus an extra $20 for “workshop supplies”. The issue in the end was some loose wiring. This would have taken less than 30 minutes to fix and I don’t imagine the issue requiring any kind of workshop supplies- especially not $20 worth. I might also add that the receptionist was very friendly and approachable but the mechanic was intimidating and presented as rude to me whenever interacting with him.
