My friend recommended I try affordable interiors to help sell my two bedroom villa and I couldn't have been happier. The styling from Tracey was just perfection. I especially loved the artwork and the small accessories that made the place look ready to move into. The whole process was professional and no fuss and I truly think the styling played a big part in a quick sale. I would highly recommend them to everyone. As an added bonus, affordable interiors was by far the cheapest quote but the end result looks a million dollars!

Do not use this service. Tracey is a scammer. She tried to charge for 'cleaning' of the property prior to installation without consultation, then withheld the refundable deposit with vexatious claims that outdoor furniture cushions (which were never left outside) required cleaning after 3 weeks. Settlement had to be delayed as she refused to remove the installation prior to the contracted date despite ample notice upon sale. Avoid this business. Tracey is rude and devious.

Very affordable, stylish and on trend furniture. Tracey was extremely professional and clearly communicated with us at every stage.This service is not as expensive as you think and I believe it definitely helped sell our home faster for a great price.

Tracey and her team did an amazing job of making my house stand out from the crowd, i sold for $15k more than i thought was possible in the local market, very happy with their effort and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to get the maximum price for their property. Tracey was a delight from the moment I made a phone enquiry and her passion, experience and professionalism shone through immediately. She staged our home, pre-sale, beautifully and at the same time gave suggestions as to little things we might do to further enhance the home. Her service was smooth and easy. We had multiple offers after the first inspection and sold in two weeks! The house looked fabulous and Tracey even told us who she thought the buyers might be...'a young couple with a young child or getting ready to have one.' Right again Tracey...but they have two young children! If you're staging to sell or refreshing your own home, Tracey is your stylist! You can't beat experience, service and flair!

Dealing with Tracey was a very stressful process. She had a NO CAN DO attitude. Everything seemed to be too difficult for her, blaming labour shortages and removalists. When I thought I would need to remove the styling myself before settlement because Tracey said she couldn't, I had no problems finding a reputable removalist. She was abrupt and condescending. Everything was about her own agenda. I lost a lot of sleep dealing with this company whilst the rest of my sale process was thankfully seamless.RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE: I did not criticize your styling. I was unhappy with the fact that despite reassurances from you to myself and the agent that you could remove the styling earlier than scheduled and the fact that you were given 4 weeks notice, you were only going to remove the styling on the day of settlement. This was unsatisfactory to my solicitor and the agent who needed to do a pre-settlement inspection before settlement day and required the property to be empty and cleaned.You did not collect the styling weeks before settlement". You collected it the week before and only on my insistence.I did not refuse to speak to my solicitor - my solicitor was insisting the styling be removed before settlement as did the agent. They were just as concerned about your NO CAN DO attitude as I was because you were potentially jeopardising settlement.As you appeared to be unable to do your job blaming COVID etc

Tracey was amazing and professional. She styled my property to perfection and helped us achieve the street record by over $100k.
