Sam, Christine and their team at Perfect Media are fantastic to work with! Having had a big fat Indian wedding with lots of events, their service, professionalism, attention to detail and can-do attitude is nothing short of 'Perfect'. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a brilliant photo/video combo for their special occasions!

Sam and his team captured our wedding events over 4 days and were fantastic to work with. They also did our pre-wedding shoot and every one of our guests commented on how amazing the photos and wedding highlights were. We can't wait to use them again and share our final product with everyone. Sam also provided us with some canvas art and went above and beyond to make sure everything was captured as beautifully as possible. We now have amazing memories from our photos and videos that we will cherish for a lifetime.

We had a pretty average working experience with these guys, despite pricing themselves at a premium. The final product took will over 6 months to get back and looks like a rushed job after they forgot about it. Not to mention that they spelt the grooms name won't and never really attempted to fix it. Still haven't got that fixed. The final product had really poor audio edits and transitions for the longer videos and was really difficult to watch. They did not really try to accommodate any of what we asked for and just did what they always do so be wary. Also as an FYI, they wanted an additional $400 to give us the raw footage so we could get someone more professional to edit it.By no means the worst ones out there but if we had other options, in hindsight we would've gone with other options.

I am so happy we found Perfect Media. Sam is amazing not only as a videographer but as a person. When you book him he will meet with you and go through every single detail with you which takes away a lot of stress let me tell you. Day of he was on time and stayed until the very end. He was able to capture some really great moment and created some of his own. We are very, VERY happy with the results

Sam and his team are an amazing bunch of people, they are just like family to us. We hired perfect media to do my wedding and they did a fantastic job of the coverage. Anyone planning a wedding should be extremely cautious of this wolf in sheep‘s clothing. I asked him three different quotes for the same requirements and his prices range from $900-$3,500. He will also pretend he does not have a studio in Brisbane and Melbourne so you are forced to pay flights and accommodation for his staff when in reality he has associates who will do the work in those cities without any travel or accommodation requirements. Furthermore do not give him a deposit unless you’re willing to forfeit the deposit if he does not perform his contracted duties. He brags how the better business bureau can’t touch him because he’s been in front of them so many times and he knows all the tricks. And beware of anyone who recommends him because often he gives finders fees to them so take the recommendation knowing this. Hopefully this review will help someone from making the same mistake we did.

I met the lovely team of Perfect Media a few years ago at my cousins wedding and they were nothing short of absolute perfection. I just knew I had to get them for my own wedding, it was a no brainer. Sam and his team are incredibly passionate, professional and so much fun! The Same Day Edits are the best I have ever come across. Christine does an amazing amazing job!!! The personal touch to these is something I haven't been able to see in any other videographer in Australia.Perfect Media have become a family to us and since my wedding have beautifully captured my brothers wedding and baby niece's shoot. Can't wait for them to capture more special moments in our family. I highly highly highly recommend Perfect Media, I promise you won't regret it!

Sam and the team did a fantastic job with our wedding photoshoot and the wedding album came out so perfect. It was during COVID and Sam was very supportive with changing the dates for the photoshoot.
