I purchased a secondhand skid steer for personal use, it was not properly serviced before being delivered. It had a range of issues a few of them major. after owning the machine for less than 1 week the service department was expecting me to pay for repairs that should of done before delivery ! I was without the machine for 2 weeks while it was repaired ! came back with cab bolts missing again and leaking after 1 day. Told the service manager to take it back I was done with it. Was pretty much backed into a corner of losing thousands or trading it on a more expensive machine. I was left having to pay the fees for re-finance on the new machine even though it was no fault of my own. To add insult to injury the new machine didn't come with the spare tire it was advertised with! I had to pick that up the same day as the machine was delivered with a flat tire! At no point have I received an apology from anyone at Brisvegas ! The whole experience has been very frustrating and I'm left paying more per month than I had initially planned.
