Absolutely disgusting that you save customers bank details and then debit accounts without authorisation. Don't come at me with your policy, I never paid a deposit therefore you don't have a deposit to take. I also never asked for the re-booking of the appointment, that was something you wanted to do and I went along with it, I did see your reminder messages and I attempted on a few occasions to cancel the appointment from your website but there was only a reschedule option (how convenient)-You have no right to keep bank details on file- Let clients re-book when they want to, don't suggest it just let them re-book when it's convenient for them-Make it easier for clients to cancel appointments.Good luck with your business, and for other clients, by all means book with Lorna she is good at what she does but just remember that when you book online your bank details are saved in her system.

I have been a regular customer for about 1+ years. Very professional business, when you walk in you’re immediately greeted by the nurse (in my case Lorna). The area and room is clean, hygienic and everything is presentable. If you are nervous about the treatment she treats you with patience. She is honest and realistic about the treatment, making sure that the treatment adds to the harmony with your face, rather then working against it. Apart from the great service, the booking process is so easy and convenient because of the online system.
