Mowana is so helpful and patient! She helped us book a Poseidon reef trip for our family of six, we came back and talked to her multiple times before booking and she never made us feel rushed or pushed us into something we weren’t comfortable with. Mowana was extremely knowledgeable about all the Great Barrier Reef scuba/snorkeling options along with knowledge about the reef itself! She also helped us with some great food recommendations in the area, what a legend.

Very friendly and helpful staff: Kate took time to help me with a rebooking the night before going out for a day-dive and made several phone calls for me... such a great service, Kate saved my diving day!! Thank you so much Kate!
