This machine has had many faults it keeps failing sometimes will not turn off and the operator has never returned any of my calls I would definitely recommend using someone else if possible.My experience with this machine in the few months it has been in my car has been terrible it has returned false readings and stopped me from starting my car after not having a drink at all for 2 days and on 2 occasions has failed and I have not been able to start my car to get to work in the morning and once after getting a coffee not been able to start it also

I've had issues with my situation on multiple occasions (not device or the company) and the customer service was great. The female on the phone was very helpful and understanding in my situation and made a stressful situation as least stressful as possible.My experience with the auto electrician company was very professional too

I currently have a guardian interlock fitted to my car. The device fails to register when my car is turned off and will continue to ask for rolling re tests whilst I’m not in the car and the car is switched off, which causes me violations and drains and ruins my cars battery! Subsequently my brand new 2022 model car will not work, the engine light is on as a result and my car will not accelerate and all safety features are disabled. This is now a very dangerous situation. I had my unit changed as my previous one was also faulty, then this happens! I need not mention the worry I carry knowing if there was an emergency I would not be able to rush to hospital etc, I have two infant children.It is Boxing Day today so I was only able to reach guardian’s after hours service which states it takes care of non working interlocks in an emergency situation.This is exactly my situation.The rude and horrible two staff members who I spoke to very politely and reasonably just told me to call back in two days time and hung up on me without even allowing me to explain my situation.I have no idea how to move forward and fix this issue, and to add insult to injury, the staff were so rude to me I was shocked. I could not stress it enough, GUARDIAN INTERLOCKS ARE DANGEROUS AND THERE STAFF CARELESS AND RUDE. DO NOT FIT A GUARDIAN INTERLOCKS TO YOUR CAR!

If I could rate it - (Minus) - 5 I most certainly would in a heart beat without even thinking about it!!! It being the company (GUARDIAN) & all the people that work for the company my personal view & opinion, they are the most disrespectful, heartless so unprofessional group of people I have ever had to deal with, they had me in tears on the phone due to their heartless & refusing to listen to the situation they had me in tears & you know the worst part of it is that the actual interlock device isn't actually for me its for my friend & I was calling on her behalf because I also drive her car. That's my thoughts of guardian & I'm pretty sure that anyone else that has had to deal with that company would also agree with all that I've said about their disrespectful, heartless & unprofessional ways of dealing with their customers.

WARNING: CHOOSE ANOTHER INTERLOCKER PROVIDER. Here is my experience- Once Gardian's interlocker was installed it kept going off AFTER the keys were removed from the ignition, meaning that it VIOLATED me repeatedly when the car was not on and the keys were not in it. This caused me to make 2 X 100kms round trips to the service centre. And then wait 2 hours for the first time, now god know how long for this second time (I'm writing this while the car is being fixed) my total waste of time tallying in at 6+ hours. AND THEY TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY for the faulty install, both the service centre or guardian, and they made me pay $66 for a code so the car could be driven. Utter rubbish, choose another provider. Their call centre operators are rude and plain obnoxious, their system so far to date has cost me more than $350 in lost wages and fuel to fix THEIR problems.If I could give it 0 stars I would...

What a rort got a violation for having my battery terminal off for 15 mins they tell me it was off for an hour and 15 minutes the problem with that is I was driving the car home from work at that time,I have all the times and information from my work and am speaking to a solicitor and I'm taking it further. It's just odd that it was an hour out and daylight savings started last week, see you in court gardian

Poor quality service. Extremely poor customer service. This company only cares about making more money from their faulty product. After a violation occured from eating a peice of fruit the customer service team only suggested charging more money to have the product serviced again. We have had numerous faults with the product and the company has made no attempt to fix or compensate.

Go with Draeger. I was using these guys for 2yrs and their device always had issues, customer service was up there with worst of the worst. They charge you for ringing them if it’s not deemed necessary. I moved to Draeger and was so much better.Be warned guys seriously.

This company is represented by liars and thieves in a cooperation with Australian government. Couldn't complain more about them. I got stuck on several occasions as they couldn't help me to get my car started as system was faulty. I had to sleep in the car and tow the car into service in my expense in the morning, missing out on work. This happened few times.Service charge is $205 a month, $150 goes straight into AU revenue. Im spending on average $135 more a month due to set up they've established in away to legally steal more money from you.I've had problems with battery as it sucks electricity from it and it's easy to get into trouble with. Changed 3 batteries since having interlock, which is 2.5 yrs. Once I disconnected it for 30 min, it resulted in penalty and service visit. I was told it can't be disconnected for more than 15 minutes. On second occasion I've disconnected battery only for 1 minute and still had to pay money and get it serviced. Customer service is usually laughing at me and claiming thats how things are and not trying to help at all.I've received no apologies for troubles caused by faulty device and they keep lying about conditions, backed up by contract with the government, so you can't really argue with them and you'll always loose..tried it many times.This company and specially this corrupt Australian government is a disgrace to humanity.

Pay attention to the reviews! Their fitters accross Sydney have no concept of workshop management and treat you as a second rate citizen when you are getting an interlock fitted. Had car booked in 2 weeks prior to appointment. They had car at the start of business - currently 3 days later they are still not finished.Don't pay attention to the fitment time on guardians website or their fees - I am being charged over the fees set out by guardian on the website.Comes down to a simple reason - corporation here has a government license to fit an interlock, therefore they feel that customer service is no where near a priority. $8,000 in lease fees they could have made, now lost.
