Absolutely dismal experience with these guys moving overseas from Melbourne. These people are some of the rudest people to talk to on the phone I have ever encountered. I would prefer to talk to people from call centers in the Philippines. I am amazed none of my things were broken given how rough they were on the phone. Definitely not interested in using a removal company who run their business like these arrogant sods.
