Terrible agent and rubbish selling strategy. I had my Defence Housing property listed with them for nearly 8 months and didnt get a single offer. Their communication throughout this time was horrendous and only improved when Christian took over but by then the property had aged and was advised to drop the price considerably so decided to take it off the market because I still wasn't getting any offers. Will never deal with them again

Dipali took over the management of my property two months ago. She's very proactive and responds promptly to all communication and requests for their services. Absolutely disgusting service. I would give them zero stars if I could. The agents to lease out my property were horrendous, kept changing, couldn't give me proper information in terms of advertising and charged me $220 to move my file to another agent, whom I'm much happier with. DO NOT USE THEM TO RENT OUT YOUR INVESTMENT PROPERTY, if you value your sanity.I see that they’ve closed down the previous google account for the business. No longer wanted to deal with the bad reviews I see. Strongly urge not to use them

Only Laverton branch One of the worse real estate I had experienced even I had rental through them twice .I went to ask only to fix issue once in rental property never get any response back.But landlord of property was very nice .Don’t recommended to landlord and tenant to rent through Laverton branch try other real estate not this one .Thanks

One of the most terrible agent I have ever dealt with. I rented a townhouse thru Ray White Laverton for 12 months, been always on time in paying rental, kept the place clean. I had to break the lease 3 months ahead of expiry, due to my early settlement of our new home. I informed them and was agreeing to all their term for lease break and all. Fortunately I managed to get someone to takeover the remaining of the lease and the new tenant signed another 12 months lease with them. Throughout the process, Raywhite was unresponsive, uninterested and unprofessional (I get it, they don't get to charge me a huge advertising fee & reletting fee), that's probably why they are upset. Refused to even release my Bond, I had to claim it myself and wait further 14days. I would NEVER consider Raywhite for any dealing.
