I'd be careful buying from this car yard. I have purchased a car about 8 months ago, air con failed last year in December and of course being around Christmas most mechanics were busy up until February. Don't buy their extended warranty either, They give you a book for the warranty which tells you what's covered however when I went to claim for a faulty Condenser for my aircon it stated on my warranty that it's covered up $1k, they wouldn't covered as they stated that it's not a mechanic fault. That was paid out my own pocket. Then I had another problem, My ECU (Engine Control Unit) was faulty as well which causes my fans for my air con not to work. all up it cost me a fortune and my car was off the road for 3months waiting for parts and battling with my warranty. If you have a business with most negative reviews that send alarm bells. I don't think the owners actually look at their reviews or acknowledge the complaints on here

Went for a look at all the car yards around the area and this was the only place with good prices that haven't been marked up, brought an older car for a great price and even was able to trade in our car for a little more then most dealers were offering, both guys there were very friendly no issues, had a check over the car, even took it for a 4x4 to really test it and no issues at all, definitely recommend if your on a budget and need something quick and easy for a good price, if we ever need a car in WA again will go through them

Great car dealers. Do not beat around the bush i.e. - lead you on if they can't help you. Was able to help me and my friends find cars that suited our needs - were able to negotiate prices that were comparable or better than private sale prices. I was told if there is a major problem with the car that is unknown at the time of sale, will do their best to remedy the issue or give your money back. If you look after the car and only need it for a short period (i.e. 12 months), will purchase it back off you.

They were very pushy which made everything very uncomfortable, leading to us not purchasing the car in the end. Were pressured to give an offer to buy the car we test drove even though we said that we need to discuss among ourselves before coming to a decision multiple times. Told us that only a cheap part of the car needs replacement to fix the vibration issue while driving, which we highly doubt so...

Don't buy any cars from this caryard. They talk to you nicely until you buy the car. They said it was checked by 2 mechanics, nothing wrong. Engine light comes ect...BE CAREFUL

Turned up to look at a car and within 10 seconds I'm hounded to buy it. Didn't give me any time or space to look around it and just kept gushing about how great the car was. I asked if the belt had been done and was assured it had but when I checked it looked old. He got quite aggressive and insisted I make an offer anyway and when I wouldn't he kept pushing for an offer before rudely saying that he can't help me. All this took place in less than 4 minutes of walking on the lot! He needs to back off and lose the attitude.

Sold me a car which was way overpriced, told me it's in working order to only get 2 professional macanics and confirmed to have a head gasket leak and a coolant leak. I have no idea how they are still in business.. I repeat DO NOT buy their cars. Save your money.

I wish there was a zero stars option. DO NO BUY FROM THIS GUY! He is so pushy. He sold me a car and I felt like I had no choice in it. He told me because it just came into the yard that he would include a service in the price…. Little did I know he has a special deal with vic park auto that his “full service” is just an oil change…2 weeks after buying the car, every light possible on my dash board turned on and when I called him to confront him about it he was rude!MASSIVE SCAMMER! Do not buy!
