Stopped into Lucindas Pantry on my way home from Shellharbour. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I was served by a very friendly young guy who made a fantastic coffee and I took home 2 x serves of their lasagne. I can honestly say it was one of the tastiest and best lasagne's I have ever had to the point I would drive back to Robertson from Canberra for that lasagne. Well worth a stop if you are in the area :-)

The Lasagna was wonderfully balance, fresh and perfect on a cold day. The Chicken and Leek pie was amazing. Just what the doctor ordered after the winding drive up the hill. The vibe of Lucinda's is also wonderful and relaxed. A great place to stop in for a bite and tea or coffee. Will have to be back to try the desserts which also looked amazing.

Best pies in Robertson! The pastry is 100% wonderfully melt in your mouth buttery goodness! The lasagne and family portion of bread and butter pudding was also incredible! We opted for take out because the price was going to be about $5pp more to dine in, but there are some picnic benches in the park across the road so it still made for a lovely lunch!

My partner and I had a very negative experience at this Cafe today. We entered during quiet period this morning with not many customers in the cafe, and ordered 5 takeaways coffees and a milkshake for my family before we hit the road as we were visiting for the weekend. I was served at the counter by a lady who I assume to be the manager, and she was extremely rude and seemed disgruntled at the fact that I was ordering 5 coffees, even going so far as to say that she refused to make one of the coffees with sugar as it was making the order “too complicated”. She gave us a sachet of sugar and not even a spoon to stir it with. As soon as she wrote down our order she did not even put the order through the till for me to pay and slammed the pen and paper down in front of the barista before going off somewhere else to not materialize again, without a word or even a simple “Thankyou”. Whilst I was ordering she was also giving me eye rolls as she was writing, as if apparently ordering 5 different coffees was difficult. We around 30 minutes for our coffees, but I’d like to mention that the other staff and barista seemed lovely and tried to diffuse the situation. Never have I been served so rudely, and I would like to forewarn other potential guests of the manager’s attitude before they think to visit. Such a stark difference from every other local’s friendly and warming attitude that we encountered.

We placed a special order of Portuguese tarts and their lamb sausage rolls for a Bridal Party brunch. The team were so accommodating and the food was amazing! Thank you so much

I stopped off at Lucinda's Pantry for lunch today. I had a very nice home-made lasagna which I can highly recommend! The coffee was great too. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We went in for breakfast just when the deli opened for the day. It was a cozy place with sunlight shining and for some reason it made me really happy.Ordered eggs on toast with some coffee and hot chocolate.Food was real good. They have homemade jams, marmalade sort of things to sell.

Avoid for breakfast! We have tried a number of times to go to Lucinda’s for breakfast. The first time we were told the kitchen “wasn’t open yet” and the most recent this morning with terrible food, service and ambiance - not at all like we remembered it being when it first opened. Going in the place had 2 couples sitting down - not too busy. We ordered coffee and from the breakfast menu. This was ~9.30am. The coffee came out quickly, the milkshake without a straw or napkin and slower - despite the young girl chatting up the barista whilst we waited. Oh and talking to every family member who seemed to come in. At 10am - no breakfast. One couple (who was in before us) had their breakfast delivered by this time and the second had only 1 delivered, leaving her friend VERY hungry and requiring a take away breakfast (a hassle to say the least). Another group left, to which the barista claimed “we didn’t want them anyway”. Finally 45mins after ordering my husband’s order was delivered. No butter for his bread or any care taken. Considering the astronomical prices paid, this was disappointing. Everything was bland and OILY! Wait another 10 minutes and my breakfast came out. My egg was RAW and smashed avo was not smashed - lemon avo would have been a better description and I have never had bacon that doesn’t taste like bacon but tastes of an oily chemical - utterly disgusting! Would have loved to be the ‘aunt’ getting free food as she sat and watched us or went into the kitchen with nothing over her hair disrupting the cooking - we were HUNGRY!We will not be returning and we ultimately believe with so many other wonderful options in Robbo with staff who genuinely care about their customers you are better off not to bother! So sad as we are locals who go for breakfast every weekend in our town.

A negative experience has a far greater ripple effect than a positive one. My partner and I were not extended warm hospitality when we visited Lucinda's Pantry (over 4 weeks ago now) and were basically barked at rudely to exit premises - with a pointed finger - as there were 'too many people in the cafe' (COVID). There was one gentleman waiting to be served and one person paying at the till. Three staff behind the counter. Busy? I hardly think not. Fully acknowledge all tables were occupied and therefore the premises at 'capacity'. Word of advice - If you would prefer your take away patrons to wait outside, perhaps some more adequate signage at your front door. Otherwise kindly ask your patrons to wait outside next time and take their order from there rather than speaking at them rudely.Having owned and operated a busy cafe myself I understand the pressures of running front of house, however courtesy and kindness costs NOTHING. I will not be recommending this place to any of my friends or family.
