I recently had a technician from Woolley Appliance come to fix my washing machine (Samsung), and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided. The technician was professional and quickly got to work diagnosing the issue. He explained every step of the process to me and kept me updated throughout the repair. I really appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to answer any questions I had. The repair was completed in a timely manner and my washing machine is now working perfectly. Overall, I would highly recommend this technician to anyone in need of appliance repairs. Thank you for your excellent service!

Ibby was easy to deal with – very knowledgeable and professional. He knew what the problem was the moment he turned on our washer/dryer and fixed it within half an hour. He said that this issue is quite common, so he came prepared with the replacement part. He even offered to speak to our agent and explained the cause of the damage, so we ended up not shouldering the cost. We are very happy and thankful! Highly recommended!

Absolutely poor customer service! They appear to be contracted by LG to come and fix my dishwasher. I specifically gave a time to them as to when I'm able to be home and they were supposed to have contacted me a day or two before (as advised by LG). No contact was received, but at 9.25am that morning, I received a text message saying a technician will be around between 9-12pm that day. What in the world? What kind of disorganised operation is this? Surely if you're sending a text message at 9.25am, you'd at least adjust the message to say that someone will be there before 12pm or at least from 9.25am to 12pm. And where was my call? I've written to LG to cancel your contract because you clearly can't handle their customers.And since I wasn't able to be home between 9-12pm, although I'd already clearly told LG, I now have to wait another week. I think I'm going to go to the ACCC for a claim.Take note everyone, stay far, far, far away from this company.

The technician that came to our home to service our LG washing machine/dyer was friendly and professional. He offered advice on how to maintain the machine. He also noticed we were having a dishwasher put into the kitchen and pointed out the importance of it being installed properly. He told me what to look out for so the drainage system doesn't age too quickly. Thank you.

Had a warranty repair from Samsung . Brodie and Jamie from the Woolley’s team were great and did a fabulous job. Second time I have had a great experience with this company.

I could not be more unhappy with the repair that I received to my 3.5 year old Samsung refrigerator. The repair was unsuccessful and Woolley simply refused to take any further action to make good on their failed job. I cannot recommend enough staying away from these people at all costs. A truly awful experience.

Rude customer service and not helpful. The name is Emily/Amani. She insulted me on the phone and ignored my requests. Disappointed for the service. Also they send a guy to come fix our dishwasher however just keep charging for more money every time without actually fixing anything. The dishwasher still doesn’t work properly. I highly doubt their professionalism. Not going to use them anymore. Waste of time and money. Totally not recommended.

Prompt and efficient fix for our LG dryer. Ibi was the technician and he was super efficient and professional -- a big shout out and 5 stars for his great service!
