Not happy with the service they are giving. of late. Tec support do not have a clue wanted to upgrade from satellite to wireless. Put in an order 5-6 months ago, spoke to them twice when I did it and they were great the person that did it remembered me each time I called, now they are saying no record of it

Used to be great, sadly now they are terrible since buy out - very hard to communicate with and service is patchy.

Service is literally unusable 90% of the day and their accounting system has never worked properly. Constant threats of service disconnections from supposed unpaid accounts over and over again until you realise that their system is broken and they refuse to fix it even after 2 years since being with them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR INTERNET AS THE INTERNET DOESNT WORK NOR DOES THEIR BILLING SYSTEM. The question one must ask is, after 2 years of the same issues, is this intentional on their part? Definitely something needed to be investigated by the ACCC for fraudulent and unethical business practices.

Used to work for ANT Communications before Field Solutions Group took over.Lost connection right before the long weekend and haven't had any internet for 7 days.Firstly, noticed that their hours have changed from 8pm to 6pm, meaning I now have to race home to call. When I did, I was connected to an indian guy, who was difficult to understand.Told him my issue and he put me on hold. Told me there was an issue, and it would be looked into. That's it. I haven't received an e-mail, or notified a ticket had be opened, haven't received technician dates or any further response from ANT.Their customer support in my experience is now pretty poor. Disappointing.

Our family have been using ANT satellite internet for years. Anyone who has spent many hours on the phone to overseas based support for major telecommunications companies and still not got a satisfactory resolution to their problem, will appreciate that ANT who have support based in rural Australia, get it right every time. They are professional, competent and efficient, and keep you well informed when there is ( infrequently) a problem. Problems that do arise are generally related to the vagaries of satellite itself. ANT are flexible in altering plans when your circumstances change, and the pricing is excellent when you consider their professionalism and reliability, and the fact that many using their service are dependent on satellite service.I only wish I could find such reliability with the major telcos. Though I suspect any company that gets too big and competes primarily on pricing is never going to give the excellent service ANT does.Thankyou ANT.

Apauling. Disconnected from them 8 months ago because of there inability to get anything right. still taking money and then i have to ring each month and argue to get it fixed. 8months still they take my money and ive been with another provider 8months. dont ever use them . trouble u would not believe.

Avoid! They were great until Field Solutions took over. Been without connection for 3 weeks now, told my modem was now obsolete, had to buy a new one from them, told I wouldn't have any problems connecting with the new one. Still not working. Would move to another ISP, but they charge a 30 day cancellation fee. The indian guy in customer support is rude and unhelpful. I asked to speak to someone else and was told, no point, they'll tell you the same thing. Got to the point that I'm so frustrated, had to get my son to speak with them, and he gave up too. Will be leaving as soon as finances permit. Avoid at all costs!
