Today was the first time I went to this hair salon and I was very happy that I did. I arrived on time and I did not have to wait at all to be tended to. The girls were very professional at all times. My hair was styled by Josie who took the time to listen to me, to give me options, and to make sure I was happy with what was going to happen to my hair. I was extremely happy with the end result and I also thought that the pricing was reasonable. It was such a pleasure to be in their salon and I will be returning.

Cannot recommend! The hairdressers leave you sitting in the chair way beyond the timer alarm because they are too busy talking to all their friends who keep dropping in with their kids etc, like it’s Central Station, just for a chat and to use their back room and eat and drink, not there for any hair treatments. I felt they were racist. Only talking nicely and at length, to clients of the same nationality as them. Felt invisible the whole time. I always spent a couple of hundred dollars and tipped a little as well. Gave them a few more chances, but nothing changed. FAIL. Left feeling miserable after forking out over $200 each time.

Wonderful salon the girls are so friendly and welcoming. Without fail I always walk out feeling great with fresh colour and cut. Would recommend to anyone looking for a hair salon.

I had such a fantastic experience at Xclusive. I went in a bit unsure of what I wanted, but walked away looking and feeling absolutely amazing. She made sure I was comfortable with the length at every stage, and even tolerated my constant chatting and last minute requests to shorten my hair!Definitely going back - one of the most professional salons I've been to!

Great, friendly service.Fast response - Messaged for an appointment on Friday night and got a response before 9am the next day!Helpful and friendly staff, got the hair Botox treatment, my hair felt so soft and beautiful afterwards.

You can’t get better than these girls. They have been my hairdressers for over a decade so I have watched them grow. The love, dedication and care they show myself as well as every client is amazing! I could not give these girls enough praise, they are amazing women and the best hairdressers & they genuinely love what they do... and it certainly shows in their work. Love your work ladies!

Charmaine, Nicolette and Josie are wonderful girls that listen to a request and truly consult which separates them from other salons and in my opinion leads the way in this city. It is always a fun and enjoyable experience visiting their salon and their knowledge & experience in hairdressing is clearly evident from the results each of the 3 girls individually achieves.. I always feel special when I leave the salon and would 100% positively recommend their service & skills in all areas relating to hair..
