Terrible experience. Painted my nails the wrong colour and still charged me full price even though I had to leave with no nail polish because I didn’t have time for them to redo it. Manicure was terrible, didn’t cut my cuticles or clean under the nails. Won’t be returning.

DISAPPOINTING & DO NOT RECOMMEND. Came in on a Thursday night for a refill because my regular salon was unavailable. A couple of nails had to be reapplied because they’d fallen off and I had to go home and file them down because the woman made them too long and they looked ridiculous. They were done so poorly that there were little air bubbles left in the nails because the polish wasn’t applied evenly. Two days later, the Saturday, one nail had already fallen off because it wasn’t applied properly. Came in on the Sunday to asked that it be fixed and one of the women said “sorry we’re not available” but then continued to sit people down after I had come in. When I said I had it done here 3 days prior, she said “are you sure you got it done here?” Finally sat down to have it fixed and when fixing it, she said “I’ll do it for free today but you need to look after them better” to which I said, I hadn’t done anything to make it fall off and no nail should only last 2 days. She left and a young guy came to finish it off, who was lovely so props to him.Got home that evening and a second nail has fallen off.. Absolutely horrible job done. The worst experience I’ve had at a salon and will never go back. The fact that they made they’re poor work out to be my fault is the most disgusting way to treat their clients. Never again.

They dont deserve any stars.KEEP ON WALKING. Take your nails elsewhere. Absolutely awful customer service. One woman came out and asked what I required then proceeded to tell me she was too busy tidying up and I'd have to wait. She left and ran off to the back room. I waited another 10 mins as another customer came in and was attended to straight away. No body cared. I ensured the whole shop knew why I was leaving. Tell your friends to spend their money elsewhere and by the sounds of their lack of nail tech skills in the reviews, I dodged a bullet

Shabby service, shabby workmanship, inferior products as watched as polishes are diluted with remover but mostly BAD ATTITUDE.I felt discriminated against as a white Australian. They pretended not to speak ENGLISH when asked a question and chatted on in a seemly disparaging way about me in their native tongue. The VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!Lift your game Pacific Fair these people give the Gold Coast a BAD NAME

If I could give this place a 0 I would but I can’t so I give it a 1 .. the larger lady was extremely rude and was making fun of my friend and I in her native tongue . The lady that performed my pedicure cut my toe then put some blue acetone over it stop the bleeding which was extremely painful . Kept filing over my skin till it was near bone , i honestly feel like I need a tetanus shot after they grated my feet with a Kmart cheese grater . I wish my friend had a better experience but after the crooked acrylic toenail that was applied she said it was the way her toe was angled not the application of the acrylic , I felt as though I was sitting in a room full of nail dust and heel shavings , please go elsewhere , it’s so bad!

very over priced! I asked for French nails and when she had already put the nails on and cut them to my preferred size she then tells me it’s going to be $110, I said no because that’s ridiculous. She literally only went down $10, the lady who served me did the worst job possible the nail polish had dust and bubbles in it and the French tip was messy, she forgot to put top coat on my left hand because she was rushing I had to remind her. I was so upset later when I got home looking at them realising how bad they actually were and knowing I spent $100 was so disappointing. I think if you are going to over charge someone to at least try and make their nails worth it.

The pedicure experience was awful.They used the tools from a dirty trolley that are not sterile and clearly used for everyone.Used the scrub and lotion together to massage your leg....you don't use a scrub to massage.Didn't push and cut cuticles properly.Didn't get rid of any hard skin on the heels.Floor around the spa area was dirty with nail clippings etc.First nail polish was clumpy and dry, when I said it was dry and it's going on bumpy she said no it's new colour.It was then replaced with a new colour.Painted the nails well.All in all should of read the reviews before coming here.Go elsewhere....
