We have used Hot Octopus over an extended period of time and have found Corrine to be responsive and professional. We use her services remotely, living out of the area, and have never had any issues accessing support or getting documents reviewed and submitted in a timely manner.

I have not had much joy with past accountants. Leanne would have to be the most friendliest, and understanding accountant I have met. Not being good with numbers, Leanne was able to explain things in terms that we could understand which is a big plus for us.Very prompt service, with great results.I recommend the Hot Octopus team for all of your accounting needs!

Thank you Corinne. You made our Tax returns so easy. Such a pleasant and easy experience, we hadn’t done a return for years being pensioners we felt we had no need really, but best get it checked out. In came Corinne, lap top in readiness our paperwork at hand and after what seemed like no time at all, years of franking returns were done. Full 5 star recommendation for this lady.
