Staff were too busy talking to themselves to bother to see if I needed help. A couple walked in 10mins after me and a staff member approached them quickly an helped them.I left and brought a booster seat from another store.

Old lady at the desk was incredibly nasty, me and my friends were looking at the cots and she came up to us and told us she doesn’t think we need to be here, I told her we were just looking at cots, to which she responds in an incredibly judgmental and passive aggressive tone “you’re having a baby are you?” We had done nothing to provoke her other than the fact we are younger. It was disrespectful, uncalled for and just absolutely discriminatory against young mothers. Baby bunting should be a store to welcome all mothers free of judgement. I am very appalled at the way she spoke to her customers, and am disappointed in the unwelcome environment she made the store. We did not deserve to be made to feel inferior. Absolutely disgusting, lost my sale!

Outstanding, thorough and “no-nonsense” service by Ann over the weekend when my husband and I arrived towards the late evening to pick a pram. Being an experienced mum herself, she could add the personal comments and words of wisdom our interactions at other stores lacked. Thanks again Ann for all your time and efforts, we truly appreciated it. We wish you all the very best with everything the future holds at and outside the Baby Bunting world!

Highly recommend to shop with Chris as she was very patient, helpful, knowledgeable (not sales type and she would give you the practical advice on what's the best to get as it doesn't need to be the most expensive one) and non-judgemental throughout the purchase. Fantastic and such a relief for the purchase as the first time parents in the country without any family support.

Perhaps you should have a sign at the front of the display window section telling customers they are not allowed in that area? This will help avoid having your customers scolded and humiliated at by your staff from across the store in front of half a dozen other customers.We wanted to check out a cot that was on display. It was in the display window, but very close to the store entrance so we didnt have to walk deep inside the display window. We thought it would be fine to go and have a look as the cot isn’t available anywhere else in the store, and there were no visible signs telling customers to stay out.One of your staff was serving customers in the carseat section, she saw my wife checking out the cot on display and shouted at her in a very rude and angry tone, “hey!!! you need to get out of there!!”. This startled both my wife and baby, and embarrassed us as customers were staring at us.We had no idea we were doing something so terrible that justified such a horrible response. The staff that treated us with such degrading manner was a chinese speaking lady (I’ve heard her speaking chinese to other customers in my previous visits.She could have been polite about it and could have said something along the lines of “excuse me, sorry we cant allow customers in this section due to occupational health and safety reasons, let me ask someone to help you if you are interested in this cot”.You have my details as i am a member and have purchased from the store numerous times. Feel free to give me a call to discuss this matter further.Response to owner: why have you not responded about the horrible behaviour from your staff? Btw we did eventually ask a staff but was told that there is no more stock anywhere else, and if we wanted to inspect the cot then we have to go to the Brighton store.Why have it on display if theres no stock and you dont allow people to inspect?????Still waiting for you to call me back to discuss this matter.

We are looking for a travel pram and was served by Chelsea. Chelsea is professional, patient and very helpful. She identified my needs through talking me through the different options and helped me to narrow down to three brands.Very happy with her service and feel that she deserves a compliment!

We had the most amazing, helpful, insightful and informative experience from Anne at this store. As soon to be, new parents we were quite bewildered when we walked in looking for a pram, but she was so generous with her time and knowledge it was like a personal concierge service. What a gift Anne is to the BB store!

Very disappointing experience in Baby Bunting Chadstone! The manager in this store does not honor their Price Promise. I loved shopping at baby bunting and I have always been served by amazing staff members who are so patient and knowledgeable!However, today while I was checking out the cot on display with my newborn baby, this team member shouted across the shop ‘YOU GET OFF RIGHT NOW!!!’ like we were criminalsShe startled myself and my newborn! There wasn’t any sign saying you can’t check out the display items but hey I totally respect that and will appreciate if you say it nicely!What a shame Baby Bunting allows such rude personel represent the store to serve!To the rude (shorthair asian plump looking) staff member today: you should seek help for your anger management :)Avoid being served by her in store at all cost:)
