Regents are an excellent and professional business. They are extremely obliging, very helpful and reasonable priced. The finish work is excellent. Ann is always helpful and always has the work done as requested

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Ann and Tony altered not only my husband and groomsmens suits but my Dads jacket and my dress. She turned my dress from something that arrived, that I was disappointed in to something I adored. Ann's communication and straight forward answers to questions were something we really appreciated. We knew what was achievable from the get go and knew we were in the right hands for some huge corrections

So grateful to Ann from Regent Tailors. She managed to do a last minute emergency alteration for me for a formal dress...dropped it off late yesterday and picked it up today. Excellent work and service with a smile! I'll be back!

The people that run this shop are lovely. I visit regularly for small alterations work to be done, and it's perfect each time.

DO NOT GO HERE -I started using regent tailors 2 and a half years ago and had an excellent experience, so I ended up bringing a top of mine in for alternations. I did not get the top back for 3 months despite calling and texting, then resorting to dropping in. After 2 drops in, I finally got my top back.Given my previous good experience, I thought this may have been a once off and made the grave mistake to return. I was told I’d get a call when the clothes were ready to be picked up. 8 months later, I’d mostly forgotten about the clothes and ended up calling to follow them up. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and made me feel I was at fault for not calling sooner - despite the fact that she never contacted me and the clothes were not yet altered. I was told I’d get a call when they were done. Surprise, I was never called. After this, my mum got involved and she started dropping in to ask for the clothes. The lady told her she’d call her in 2 weeks (which again, she was not) and was extremely rude to my mum and told her to come back as they weren’t done yet (about a year had passed by this point). My mum continued to drop in with the lady becoming increasingly rude and yelling at my mum, saying she doesn’t have time.When my mum dropped in for about the 4th or 5th time (very time consuming and not the customers responsibility), she finally basically threw them at my mum.The way that my mum was treated was beyond disgraceful and the lady should’ve been the one apologising for the extreme delay, horrible service and lack of communication.Don’t say you weren’t warned if you come back with PTSD and still no clothes a year and a half later. Absolutely shameful. I would never recommend anyone go here.

Just called and asked if I could get my suit pants taken up. I was asked when did I need them by and relied Saturday". This is three business days away and was abruptly told that was impossible! It never seems to be a problem just down the road
