I saw the Psychologist Tara at Headspace Ashfield for a year in 2019 and received the best therapy I’ve ever been provided. Tara is so kind, knowledgeable and understanding, I would highly recommend her to anyone!

The staff are friendly and welcoming. Fantastic place for youths 18-25. very supportive environment. I wish I had a place like this to turn to in my late teens and early 20s.

The Dr is good but laverty pathologyRight now the parson .. i think he is not mindHe take one person for 1 hour....It is very hard to stay here . . Find other ..

First time I went to therapy and came out feeling so much worse. I’ve never been this low or experienced this much s*icide ideation before. I’m sure the other programs/services are fine but my experience with the HEIT team really negatively affected my mental health.
