Had a great first time experience of car detailing with Micheal! As a newbie, Micheal was very patient and keen to answer all my questions. He explained the detailing process and products that he was using in simple easy to understand terms. This has helped me to understand how to care for my car long term and the benefits of a detail. I saw results instantly with my next car wash only taking 20 minutes compared to 40-1hour because all the dirt slid off easily from the wax and polish protecting the paint. Michael was very thorough and took extra care in detailing my car and I can see that this something he is very passionate about. I recently moved from Melbourne to Sydney and so my car was in tremendous need of some car detailing. I initially contacted a few other car detailers but they were either minimally responsive, charged too much for what I was after, or the customer service was lacking.Down to Detail were not only so incredibly responsive but they explained their services in detail. The service I received was exactly what was described. I had paint protection and correction along with some interior cleaning and couldn't be happier. I wouldn't go anywhere else. If you want your car properly detailed in Sydney this is the place to go.

I can't recommend this business enough. I had such a great customer experience with Mike. He was honest in his pricing and was realistic about what could be achieved in the restoration of the car.
