After working with Lauren I feel so excited about how my time can be best used to generate more outcomes! It's been the boost I needed to shift from reactive mode into proactive mode. Working with Lauren to create workflows for our onboarding, offboarding and main services has been invaluable to our business. I cannot recommend Lauren more highly! Words won't do it justice, but I'll try to articulate how impactful my session was with her. As a creative, I have no problem accessing that side of my brain, but when it comes to numbers/logistics/analytics - I truly don't have access to that part of my head. Lauren came in, extracted my business information from me in the most gentle way, added her brainy touches and came back to deliver whatnow seem like the most simple and obvious next steps for my business, but I could never get there myself. I honestly think EVERY small business should have access to this service, it's a game changer. As a sole trader, I feel like I have found a business manager I can outsource to whenever I need, to hold my hand through the stuff that I just can't do myself.

I'd reached a point in my business where in order to scale and grow I needed to refine the systems and services that I was offering through Dear Charlie Marketing. Lauren was able to understand my processes, systems and services. Identify where the wins were for me (not only in terms of profit but also for my own joy in running my business) and then help me to identify ways to make my business work more smoothly to allow those things to happen.

Lauren took the information for a new product delivery that was sitting in my addled and overworked brain and translated it into an ordered step by step process that enabled myself and my team to deliver our new program within weeks . I was overwhelmed prior to working with Lauren as, typically for a young and growing business we are under-resourced in some areas and I was trying to work on systems but failing. Personally, the clarity I have on our systems that Lauren's work has delivered means that I can move forward into larger projects with confidence. So happy I have worked with Lauren she has not only helped direct me the right way to my new scheduling systems program she also held me accountable with follow up accountability sessions , this process is just what I needed. As working on my own, it was great I had someone to check in that I was processing the direction that I needed to accomplish.
