Had my car towed from QLD to VIC in 4 working days. No damage to the car at all. Carmen from the Victorian branch was very friendly throughout the process. Highly recommended! Much better and cheaper than their competitors.

Had a new car shipped from Gosford to Melbourne. Whole process was excellent and handled in a friendly and professional manner by all Autocare staff I dealt with. Car arrived on time and in perfect condition. Thanks guys!

Got a quote reasonable price, but would always prefer cheaper, made the booking, tracked the vehicle from Perth to Melb. Received call 24 hours prior to final delivery providing two hour delivery window. Estimated delivery 15 business days actual 16. On final delivery. On delivery day no driver no phone call after window closed. Called them only to find out driver had death in the family. Car arrived within revised 2 hour window. Checked over car no issues. Applause.

It's actually a complete shock that my car made it to it's final destination. I booked the job through Car Transport Express (completely incompetent), and they used Autocare Services as their carrier. Firstly, I was given a booking number which showed that my car hadn't been received. After about 5 days of checking, including multiple calls, it was discovered that my car had actually been sitting in their depot for 5 days, without seemingly anyone having any idea it was there. Finally, one of their salespeople took a look around the yard and confirmed that the car did in fact exist, and it had been there the entire time, as I had hoped (I legitimately didn't know where on earth my car was for days).I made it very clear that while an urgent timeframe wasn't my concern, it was important to let me know when the car would be delivered, so I could arrange my contact at the other end to collect it. I was assured multiple times that I would get a call the day before, and the day of the car's transport to where it was heading. Of course, i received no such calls. Yesterday I updated the online tracker and saw that the car had been despatched. When I called to check, it took their salesperson a couple of hours to find out that not only was the truck on it's way, but that my car was just about to be delivered.Thankfully, their driver (the only competent person i've spoken to through this whole process) was able to contact me and confirm delivery.For anyone that would like to have their car delivered, but at a time that doesn't matter, without any communication, or certainty of whether or not the car is in their possession, on a truck, or about to be delivered, i'd highly recommend this company.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! Booked through car transport express but this company in my experience is an absolute joke, took my car 14days to get from Melb to Bris, and still no communication when it arrived. Then when you call you get the worst most arrogant response from customer service. I had to call numerous times only to come to find out the truck broke down between syd and Bris and nobody bothered to call, they also could not give an ETA on how long it would take and no further follow up, no matter if I’m a paying customer all I heard was excuses on the delay, no apology or nothing . I had to call everyday to figure out where my car was. Car arrived a week later than scheduled. If you want bad service with things go south then use them to save a few bucks but do not use this company if you value professional efficient service, should have went with CEVA for the extra cash, spent more money on rental car just waiting around for what should have been a simple route.

Great friendly service. My car arrived 4 days before the end of time frame and it is intact. I was worried giving my car to be transported as I thought some damage could happen.Patricks auto-care is the only company I found with more than 4 stars from transport companies and they kept their trust 100%.The staff was friendly and supportive throughout the process of getting my car from Perth to Melbourne. The service charge is so reasonable.

Very disappointed in this service. We ultimately received our vehicle, but the delivery took almost week longer than estimated and our car interior was filthy upon pickup. We were told that the dirt was due to “loose window during door operation”. For context our car is a 2017 model with 27k on the clock, and this “loose window” wasn’t noted on the receival condition report, also upon checking the window at pickup it was perfectly sound. One positive was that the exterior of the car was fine. I think if you’re looking for the cheap option, they may be worth the risk, but in hindsight I wish I paid a little bit more and went with a better service. - not recommended.

If I read the reviews on this page before booking I've might have had 2nd thoughts. But I did use Autocare based on recomendations and they delivered above and beyond. My vehicle arrived safely to the Melbourne Depot from Perth, I did have to wait for them to release the vehicle but I wasn't in rush. All the staff were polite and very helpful I'll specifically call out Jane who helped me book transport, she was very knowledgeable and felt like she liked what she was doing. I would certainly use Autocare again if I get the chance.

Couldn't fault the service. Cairns Queensland to Laverton North Victoria in less than 3 weeks during the Covid 19. Car, Nissan Y61 arrived in the same condition it left in. Unlike other transport companies that have a 1.9m max height, Autocare have a 2.1m max height. I seriously can recommend them. Booking was made viaP & S Logistics. Price was fantastic especially considering the distance. Would use these companies again without a doubt.
