We were very impressed with the final product and provided good value for money. Michael the installer was very efficient and had good attention to detail. Overall, highly recommend Michael and the team.

We needed 2 built in robes. All stages were perfect. Les visited and helped us design. Josh arrived at 8.30am as planned. He installed both robes and was gone by 3.30pm. He was lovely and left the place spotless.Staff on phone were also great.Everything was perfect and better than flat packs. And cheaper!Perfect.

We recently had installed 2 built in wardrobes. The quality of Jason’s work was amazing. He even vacuumed after he had finished, which I was prepared to do. Very impressed would definitely recommend using image robes in the future.

From start to finish, my experience with Image Robes was excellent. From visiting the showroom, to having the robe quoted at home, to the installation, I was very impressed. The finished product is outstanding, great quality and price.

I searched for what I thought was going to be a trusted and professional business as I was doing a whole house renovation and needed several wardrobes. In my opinion I received the exact opposite. They rescheduled twice. The installer damaged several walls in our home, the roof, scratched the wardrobe panel trying to jam it in, left metal shards exposed behind screws, didn’t level the shelves/railings and used a blower to clear the debris creating a huge mess. A close family friend soon after confirmed they had a similar experience. They did send someone back a week or two later but for the inconvenience, time and damage it wasn’t acceptable. I haven’t ever left a negative review but I think it’s important to be transparent for people who read reviews like I had done.

Just had a massive wardrobe installed today by Bradley who did an amazing job! Les who measured and designed the wardrobe was brilliant. Both were professional and knew their jobs well. Great experience with Image Robes from start to finish.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish, from initial quote and measure to demo and install of robes, we couldn’t have been happier with the price and process. Would highly recommend.

Update:After complaint, the wardrobes were fixed pretty fast. I just wonder, why it was not done properly at the first attempt?So there are my pros and cons:+ Clear and reasonable prices for the simple built-ins. Even withought asking the quote a customer can calculate preliminary price and find out how much could it cost.- Installer needs supervision or at least ask him before he starts the job if he checked the drawing and understood it.Overall, I will change my score from 1* to 4*, because we had that unpleasant first experience (read my whole story below).PS- Also, to all customers who already installed deluxe wardrobes with this company or just are going to do it, let me give you a piece of friendly advice - check under the bottom drawer! When installer left, we found there an unexpected hidden surprise" like a lot of timber swarf
