You get what you pay for.They are cheap for a reason.I won’t get into details but I got my hair coloured and it looked like it was done at home.I should have see the condition of the hair dressers hair and known better.If the hair dressers themselves can’t maintain their hair or have a decent colour job then how can they do everyone else’s hair!!

Absolutely thrilled with the service and quality hairdressing done at this salon!! Diane was amazing and soo happy with how my hair turned out !! All the girls there are lovely !! Highly recommend !!

Had an amazing experience today with the hairdresser gabby, I have been black dying my hair for years and In just one session she got my hair from black to a beautiful brown and it still feels the same as it did before bleaching, she was so kinda and listened to everything I asked, even gave me the very little trim that I asked for, I left extremely happy and so excited to come back in a few weeks to get lighter

I have visited this salon many times, usually had good experience. However,Today I was told to come back after an hour, when I showed up early just after 50 mins, they claimed that I was 30 minutes late. Even after clarifying nicely, the lead girl (as other girls were checking with her on wait time etc.) behaved in a rude way, passed me over for people joining the queue later than me. I will be visiting some place else from now on.

Have been going to this salon for the past 4 years now. The staff always professional and friendly, the managers not so much. Quite unprofessional the way they belittle the staff in front of customers.Went there this week and it was different as the managers have now left. Addy is amazing, friendly, outgoing and a wonderful hairdresser, happy everytime with her or Jenny doing my hair. Whilst they are there I will continue to go there and recommend to others

I love Addy. She is a talented hairdresser and does the best blow drys. She doesn’t just use the straightener for a flat finish. I walk past and look to make sure she is there before I go in now.

So I have been here alot and always had a good experience. But after dealing with Jenny, she did a horrible job of my foils, girl they are chunky. It looks like streaks. I have never been disappointed in the services before. They suggest i get back to back foils next time, which i will, but I still dont think normal foils look this bad. She was rude to me and even seemed very demanding to her co workers. When I was having the bleach washed out she asked another lady to rinse my hair and gestured to me by tapping my head with the head of the hose in the basin, this was extremely demeaning. Everyone else was absolutely wonderful and kind!

I wish I could give 5 stars because my hair turned out amazing and the lovely staff who looked after me and my friend were very nice, made us feel comfortable and had very good customer service. However, it was my first time getting my hair done in over a year since being pregnant and the manager Nina tried to ruin that experience for me. From the minute we walked in, she had the biggest attitude with us. She came over to do a consult on what colour we were after and during the consult she was very rude to us both by disregarding what my friend and I were telling her, speaking over the top of us and even stating “well I’m the hairdresser I would know” after telling her I hadn’t coloured my hair in over a year. That was just the beginning, she kept giving us attitude and was being so rude the entire time, even rolling her eyes and making smart and unnecessary remarks.If you don’t want to feel uncomfortable for no apparent reason, I suggest avoiding the manager Nina. However, I would highly recommend Ray, she is amazing and made the experience tolerable.

1 star is very generous.I was given a voucher to use here, so I walked in to book an appointment and ask about how I use the voucher, and they said they no longer accept them so I can't use it. I gave the lady at the desk my name and number for her manager to contact me, which she never did. So I chased this enquiry up and called them back myself. I was handed over to the manager who informed me it won't be able to be used as their prior manager had stolen some vouchers and given them to friends and family to use, in which I replied that's not a customer issue. I then informed them that the ACCC states vouchers must be fulfilled or refunded, and I was told to contact head office as it was out of the hands of the manager. She very rudely told me I had to visit their website to find their email address and that she (conveniently) didn't have it. I searched everywhere for the nonexistent head office. Called them back again and told them I need the email address and that the website doesn't exist, and that's when the condescending tone came out, until they finally searched for the website themselves and realised it doesn't actually exist!! I asked them to search in their email inbox for the email address and they said they don't have it. Very unprofessional for a MANAGER to not know the details of head office. After days of fighting with them and exerting my rights as per consumer law, I was finally given the chance to use this voucher by Tamika, and was promised she'd be the one doing my hair.This travesty doesn't end here.I explicitly asked for Tamika, and was never introduced to her. Someone discussed my colour preferences with me, and she was the first nice hairdresser I'd encountered in that salon. I was then palmed off to someone who CLEARLY wasn't Tamika, and showed her the style of my hair. It's a simple short pixie style with minimal shaving. After she'd finished hacking at my hair, it because apparent this older Asian lady had no clue about hair. *See photos below of what I wanted vs what I got*Unless you enjoy your hair being ruined, avoid this place like the plague. There are so many better studios in this area.

I just went there and tamika the ranga told me no to getting my hair done when it would’ve costed 220 she just lost your store business and I’m sure there good wouldn’t of been happy about that like it’s your customers hair you can’t tell them no it’s there choice the customer is always right
