I found this chemist very expensive . I came home and looked online at the cost of my medicine, because I felt as though I had been overcharged. I paid nearly double the price for my 2 prescriptions compared to Priceline/ chemist warehouse.

Disgraceful once filled a $50 script for nasal spray, they gave me a box with broken glass and did not even put a label on it. I went back and they fought with me saying i scammed them. The box was dry no medicine inside the broken bottle. Filled all my escripts and then printed out a script that cant be used as they have claimed all 4 repeats and not given the medication. Dont bother not friendly the wife is nasty and yells and screams if you pick up on their mistakes or should i say Scammers

I phoned this chemist to get a price on a tablet I have to take regularly. The price difference was ridiculous & the man on the phone was extremely rude. I would like to shop locally but not to be spoken to like people don't matter.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I asked for general advice but because I had got my script at another chemist I was called disgusting. How do you expect to succeed as a small business when you not only charge ridiculous prices but treat people with such disrespect?
