Surgery with Tony went well (he is a great veterinarian) however this is the second time this vet clinic has provided incorrect information or none at all.In the past I was charged for an ear check without being asked first if I was happy to go ahead with it or if I could afford it /how much it was. They just took her out the back and did it then told me that's $70 extra" at reception.This time I was given a quote & then the vet nurse made a mistake with overcharging me due to not taking into account money I had already paid towards the quote. She refused to acknowledge this was a mistake and fought me on it.Nothing was adding up and she also tried to tell me the quote was "old" - yet it states on the quote - valid for 30 days. It had been 19 days.I had already paid $75 but she only took off $40 from the quote.No idea how she come up with this amount - receptionist said the same thing.She told me she thinks it's incase more medication is needed at the end. It wasn't and wouldn't be as it was only "prior to surgery medication."Yet I was still being charged in the quote for an extra $35 and another $37 for incorrect calculations.After the surgery

Fast, friendly and professional. As an owner of a pet with special needs, they have been more than accommodating to make sure the visits are not traumatizing for the animal, and torturous for myself. Previously used the RBP Greencross as my regular before it closed.

After my cats general check up and vaccination the vet told me my cat had lots of plaque build up and we should book a cleaning at over $1000, once I got home I looked at photos online as a guide and proceeded up check my cats teeth and gums, I couldn't find any sign of plaque or gum issues, the vet looked at one side of his mouth for barely 2 seconds, I was able to hold his lips up and look for a good 30 seconds on both sides, seems like this vet is trying to up-sell something completely unnecessary and expensive and probably a great little cash grab for them, I'll be finding another vet.

The staff were lovely, looked after my gorgeous boy beautifully, and didn't mess me around like my last vet did to try and make more money out of me.I highly recommend this vet, as I trust them to behave with compassion and integrity, both very important qualities when you are worried about your precious fur babies

Great service and super friendly staff. The vets were great - my cats very anxious around strangers, and this is the only vet we have gone to where we've come out with our kitty calm.

Really lovely helpful vets who were happy to help with advice after our usual vet had closed on the weekend. Staff are so friendly, we’d definitely consider bringing our pets for a consult if needed.

The best vet clinic we have ever been to. All the GreenCross clinics we have been to have been great but Booval clinic just have a little more care for both people and pets. Vets, nurses and admin staff have been so friendly, have care and helpful everytime. We don't have insurance so cost wise is reasonable and they will do what they can to keep costs at a minimum. Experienced staff. Our experience there has always been great!We will continue going there. Definitely trust them with our babygirl. She loves them and we can tell. Thank you for taking care of our Izzy ❤️
