I purchased Fortune Auto 500 coilover’s from Phill. He immediately received payment in full. He contacted me saying “We are just amending our store to reflect some changes in pricing and fees. We will hold your order and update it where appropriate.”. I attempted to contact Phill multiple times, left a voicemail and messages asking for clarification. I never received a response. Almost 3 weeks later he canceled my order and increased the price of the listing by $285 AUD. Disgusting behaviour taking and holding payment of an order he had no intention to fulfil and furthermore avoiding my calls and messages.
