Michaela and Geneine were absolutely wonderful to work with in helping to design my engagement ring. After an initial in person consult we worked with them over email and they were very responsive and flexible when requesting to see changes made (although we ended up going with their original design :p) to make sure I was 100% happy with it. They were also great with helping me to understand the best design choices to ensure the longevity and quality of my ring. The ring turned out so beautiful. Thank you so much!

As seemless a jewellery buying experience as I could ask for.I could imagine a pair of earrings that would suit my girlfriend as a gift and looked on Google for an independent and 'cool' jewellery store that I thought might have a similar design.Found Lovehate, pulled up, went in, and within 2 minutes of browsing found a pair that matched what I had in my head almost exactly. It was reasonably priced, and the attendant was very easy to deal with.Can highly recommend this store.

I had some old jewellery remodelled into a beautiful signet ring by Geneine. I absolutely love my new ring and have since gone back to have some more stones set in it. Geneine and her team are super helpful and know their stuff, would definitely recommend.
