We recently built our beautiful East Toowoomba home with Ardenvale and the whole experience was fantastic. They were extremely organised from the outset, providing prompt and detailed quoting that meant no nasty surprises upon completion. The quality of all the trades used was exceptional and the service and attention to detail by the project team continually exceeded our expectation. We wouldn't hesitate to build with Ardenvale again.

My husband and I built our home with Arden Vale in 2019/2020 and cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, quality, attention to detail and making the process as simple as possible for us. Nothing was a hassle if we raised a concern, and it was always seen to promptly. They've made our building journey so enjoyable, and so simple. We now have a beautiful, quality home that will be cherished for many years to come. We have recently completed a house with Ardenvale Homes in North Toowoomba and we could not be happier. It was our first new build and right from the planning stage they were very helpful with offering suggestions to our designed plan to make better use of the block. Tim was very easy to deal with in the quoting stage and his eye for detail really helped us out in maximising our areas. Terry was a fantastic foreman. Very open and honest and communicated everything very effectively to us at the various stages of the build. The subcontractors were all of a very high standard we found and were very friendly and accommodating to our ideas. We recently completed our fourth house with Arden Vale spanning a period of 27 years. We sincerely thank Hugh, Tim, Greg, Ben and the team for their exceptional customer service on what was a challenging narrow allotment project. As was the case with our three previous houses, we are absolutely delighted with the finished product that captured all the traditional benchmarks of their business; service, quality finish and uncompromising standards that the Arden Vale brand is known for. I recently moved into my new home built by Arden Vale! You hear so many horror stories about building a home, but from the initial meeting with Tim to the handover it was the most hassle free process. If there was ever any issues, Tim just dealt with it straight away and come up with a solution. There were no hidden costs as any variations you would sign off during the process which means you could control your budget. It was really enjoyable to build with Arden Vale and i would do it all over again. I am extremely grateful to Tim and the team for everything!!

Best builder in Toowoomba! After seeing every builder in town we settled on Arden Vale. Best decision we could have made! (in comparioson to some horror stories from friends of other local builders)From start to finish very professional and always willing to answer any quesions promptly and in terms we could understand. Having acess to our property at any time (While safe of course) was a massive bonus. Just being able to visit on the weekends and walk through was amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.
