The Bing Lee Showroom in Drummoyne is beautiful. Very nice service, while watching the products I got great coffee - thank you very nice Anna. Mrs. Diana presented first-class cordless vacuum cleaners with a great knowledge of the goods. Thank you very much for the wonderful service, good luck in the future. I bought a great vacuum cleaner - thanks for helping me load it into the car.

Got a great vacuum cleaner from them. I much prefer Miele brand over Dyson and Hoover. Dyson is much over hyped. The service here is always good and staff will go into detail in explaining the functions and benefits so you can make a more informed decision with your purchases.

Craig from Miele Bing Lee at Drummoyne knows his stuff! His knowledge of the product is astounding. His customer service skills are second to none. He goes out of his way to assist, above and beyond. I can highly recommend him and his staff. Dicken is a very keen second.

Showroom was beautiful. Products being sold are great. The gentleman that looked after us was a professional. I would not suggest going into the showroom with children as the rest of the staff have no empathy for parents.

Went in for advise about range hood (the lady near the washing machine) sorry I'm bad with names. She helped me with all my questions about range hood and answered the questions about my Miele washing machine. Great service and very helpfull. I know I'll come back when I'm ready to purchase.
