Today 10th Feb at 10.41am I was served by one of their salesman whose name I don't know but he was extremely polite and very professional. Usually at wrecker shop you often dont find people so polite and respectful but staff at diy is very professionalDiy broadmeadows is the best place in whole Victoria to get a parts for your vehicle. 10 out of 10 for their wonderful service.I only request diy to start a process where people can register their interest for the particular part like GTI's so they also get the chance to get the parts they after.Thanks

I found all the parts I needed for my car in just a matter of minutes. Prices are reasonable as well. So many cars and they constantly keep updating stock, so you hardly find a car that is totally stripped out.Update: They closed the yard to public access during COVID and now they only have a website through which you can search for vehicles and request quotes for parts you want. I miss being able to physically see the cars and take out parts myself.

I was actually quite happy with the app place. I checked their inventory through Facebook then went to them. You do the work your self and then take your parts to the counter. I got a decent number of stuff and they were very good priced. Didn’t have any problem and if i find my car again in their inventory then i will definitely be coming back again.

Stock always being refreshed, Just keep an eye on their facebook page. The only thing is that parts go quickly so if you see the car you're looking for you have to be fast for the more desirable items. Yard is all concrete and relatively clean. Prices are more than fair and the $2 entry fee is pretty standard across larger self serve wreckers. Never had a problem here.

This place is the best, good turnover of late model cars, cheap pricing to begin with but they will often give you the smaller stuff like trim pieces etc for free! Bring your own soap or handcleaner as there's often none available, but there is hot water which other DIY style wreckers lack

Staff is absolutely rude, they start making jokes of your question or inquiry and insist that you just listen to them. Prices are vague, there is clear difference between prices at their website/board and the person you deal with at window. Web site is absolutely non functional and you'll really be disappointed once you travel 45 minutes and find the particular advertised car missing. Seriously the worst parts is, they remove most of the useful parts from many popular cars before put it in the yard for public. You want a proof? go next to the entry point where you wash hands and take a look behind wired mesh fence into their workshop, see them removing things :) then you'll see amputated vehicle in the car without suspecting that what they have done and how they play with you.

Website says a car I want to look at is in stock, 40 minute drive later and I pay the $2 entry fee and can't find the car anywhere. Went to front office and was told oh it's crushed we don't really update our website"So I wasted all this fuel to get here
