Open hill right beside the beach. There were quite a few people just sitting on the grass looking out to the sea. The hill is close to other landmarks such as the snake pit area (for skateboarding and bouldering) and the whale playground. Really clean and well maintained but there isn't much shade.

Sunset Hill Scarborough Beach
Sunset Hill is an incredible spot in the Scarborough beach area and a must visit. Perfect spot for a family picnic or a late night kebab. Parking in this area can be a challenge during summer and on weekends but it’s worth it. Toilets in this area are usually clean but can be left messy by some visitors.
