The food was good, however the service was shocking. We weren't given any cuttlery with our orders. When we went to ask the young man whom I assume is one of the chefs. He sighed heavily that we were going to ask him something and then sighed again at the thought of bringing us cuttlery. Then a few moments later he walked passed sighing again and forcefully put down some cuttlery at an elderly couples table. Also, there is no table service. It is all scan and order on your phone. So basically no human interaction. Even so the young man should of done basic friendly customer service.

We walked into the cafe at 11:15 when it wasn’t busy, none of the tables had napkins or cutlery. Ordering wasn’t a problem but when we finished ordering we waited over an hour without any updates on our food.They served our drinks half an hour before getting our meals. Finally getting our meals we were happy till 2 of our meals were over cooked and my friends pancakes were very small and not worth $20 while it took them a hour to cook them and serve them. Very disappointing coffee club we expected better because we have been to others and gotten our food and drinks within 15 minutes after ordering :(.

40 mins later the food was served. Talk about sitting and waiting for food for that long. WOW!!!! Drinks got there so early that I could not wash food down with. We even had to ask for bottle water to be served. It’s pretty standard water should be served atleast whilst dining in and especially expecting customers to wait long. Although food was good quality, must admit.

Visited today with family from Melbourne for brunch. No friendly greeting from any staff member. Gave order and was informed that there was a 15min wait. After 30mins, I went in to ask on our meals. The shift manager was dismissive towards me and approached the kitch staff, who said yes

12/12/18 popped in for breakfast had the pancakes and a chia latte. I found the latte a bit sweet but that is because they put cinnamon sugar on top and this is the first chai latte that I have bought that has this topping. Most places just do cinnamon on top or nothing. I find the cinnamon sugar far better than just the plain cinnamon. The pancakes were fresh and tasty and a generous size. Service was very friendly.

We were left a little underwhelmed with this visit. It was the first Coffee Club, that we were not greeted at. It wasn't busy, but the gentleman that walked right past us at the door, said nothing. We took a seat and waited for him to take our order, which never happened, so I asked him as he went by and he said to go to the counter to order. Ok, I fully understand that. Staff were a mix of pleasant, to , I dont really want to be here and the food was average. If I compared it to my local CC, it would be a 1/10. The young couple that were seated eating when we arrived had a baby with them in a high chair. When they left, there was a large amount of food that the baby had pushed off the high chair that was walked through byb2 staff members and nobody made the effort to clean the area up.Very disappointed

We had a lovely lunch here today with our one year old son. The team and especially Tina were lovely. They even bought our son’s pancakes over with everything separated (without us even asking) so it was much easier to feed him being so small. Tina organised his high chair as soon as we walked in and even took away my antibacterial wipe (the high chair was very cleaned already). The food was also as always great. Thank you.
