After enduring 5 years of patchy internet and very poor service from Telstra I made the change to Flash Fibres. From the first enquiry, then installation and now several years of continuous internet Flash Fibres has been faultless.We had a bad storm several nights ago and the internet went down. A neighbour phoned who is with Telstra to ask if I had Internet problems also, I was able to tell her that Flash Fibres had messaged within minutes of the outage to say they were aware of the problem and they were working on it remotely. Message 2. Sorry we can’t fix the problem until daylight. Message 3. Next morning. Hi just want you to know the boys are on sight and hope to have you up and running shortly. Message 4. All fixed your service is good to go. I mention these messages to highlight the difference between our “nation carrier” or should I say our “national failure” and a small local company that is trying very hard to keep their clients happy. My neighbour heard nothing from Telstra! No more endless phone calls to Telstra for me. Can’t recommend Flash Fibres highly enough.

Called Flash Fibres about reduced download speed. Brad was very helpful and within 24 hours a new aerial was installed and required download speed was achieved. Well done!

We have been with Flashfibres for many years now, almost since they began offering a service on the Sunny Coast. Their service has been fantastic. Professional and prompt. They have given us a reliable internet signal when Telstra couldn't and we live in a street opposite the Kawana Shopping Centre where they have always been actively spruiking for business! So, apart from major storms when the service may go down, we won't be changing to any other service provider soon!

Unhappy with NBN and the poor customer service with Telstra. Decided to switch to a local Sunny Cost company, and my family couldn't be happier. The service and speeds are heaps better than Telstra.

Dealt with Brad. Service was exception. Nothing was a problem for him. Couldn't resolve the problem over the phone came out ASAP, fixed the problem as well as helping my elderly mother with her tv and iPad. Thank you Brad and flash fibres for the great service. Highly recommended
