The receptionist at the clinic is fantastic n helpful. Joanne made my first time visit after a few years so welcoming. She is the most pleasant and patient receptionist I have met. I shall refer my friends to this clinic.

Came in without an appointment. Kim, the receptionist was very helpful and polite. After waiting for a while, we managed to booked in with one of the doctors. Kim throughly explained the payment and even offered my mum a drink. Fantastic service.

Box Hill Superclinic
I’ve been going to Box Hill Superclinic for years and highly recommend them! It’s one of the few clinics that still bulk bill all Medicare holders during standard business hours. My favourite doctors are Dr Syeda Sabiha Begum and Dr Joel Ye! The reception staff are always so lovely and Kim recently went above and beyond to get me a copy of my pathology report. Thank you so much for your help!

I booked an appointment via Health Engine and was asked if I have cold symptoms which I do. The app didn't let me choose other option but telehealth so I did that only to be told 10 minutes prior to my appointment that I am not eligible for telehealth and I have to book another day to see a doctor in person. I don't know if it's health engine fault or the clinic fault but as a patient I felt very wronged especially since it is difficult to book an appointment. Definitely not happy with this experience.

Do yourself a favour and go to another clinic. These doctors are not particularly experienced and miss obvious medical conditions. They will also try to scam you into paying full private fees when you booked a bulk billing service. They will charge you full fees if you ask a question relating to a second medical condition during your consultation. Stay safe and stay away.

Did a phone consultation once, the doctor I spoke to ( Dr Huang) was in a rush. He only spent around 5 mins over the phone with me and the regular consultation time should be 15mins. The doctor wasn’t approachable, doesn’t know what he was talking about, didn’t give me a proper treatment plan! I felt not listened to, not respected, confused after the consultation! Definitely won’t go back there again! Waste of my time! Now I have to book for another doctor !

Dr Andrew Leung is AWESOME!! He is extremely kind, caring, knowledgable and professional. He kindly squeezed me in today and treated my sore leg. A true scholar and gentleman. Highly recommended!! Receptionist Jessica was also very resourceful and helpful. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Made me pay a dollar for a mask only to tell me that I had made a mistake on my booking and that a doctor wasn’t available to see me. I explained the situation, I would have been five minutes as I just needed a quick prescription. Absolutely, no sympathy. I did make a mistake with my booking, however the way that the website has their booking system makes it very easy to confuse a.m. with p.m.The clinic was not very busy, and it would not have been very difficult to quickly see me

Had an appointment with Dr Fang Wang on 26/06 at 9:30 to recieve a referral to a fracture clinic and he marked me as seen without even communicating after I waited an hour and a half. The receptionist sent multiple messages attempting to gain info which he repeatedly ignored. Nothing personal but that was extremely unprofessional and a waste of my time, completely disregarded my appointment and had no respect to let communicate any reason as to why with me.

Terrible female indian gp, I went there to get my vaccination verified but she kept insisting that I can do it online and kept complaining that I should have checked online first but myhealth clearly states that you need your COVID 19 vaccination verified by a gp or other vaccination centres. She also seems very unwilling to help out at the start.
