Lux Flooring Mona Vale

Very unprofessional team.Show up at our office without the samples we asked for.All what he cared about was making the sale. After the sale he wanted full pay before installing and kept calling for the money.Installation was shocking. Left glue on the carpets and kept coming with excuses why the lines on the carpets are not aligned...Avoid avoid avoid..UPDATE: (Response to the Owner response.)Clearly, the truth is not a candle at your feet.The sample you provided us were at a size of 5x5CM. Even so, the sample that we picked was provided with 4 other patterns. We selected only 1 but provided with all 4. You said that there is no way you will separate them and we need to do it ourselves.Full payment made at the same day of the installation. We advised that to you by email with images that show the marks on the carpets and areas where the carpet is not attached properly. Until today we didn’t hear back from you suggesting to come and fix it.You provided 2 quotes, each with different payments options.Your team didn’t come with a vacuum cleaner and advise us to clean the carpet ourselves.A day after I posted my review you called me and confronted me on my posting, ending the conversation by your intimidating voice asking me twice if “that’s the path you want to take?”After I hung out the call, you called our CEO and scream at him.I will leave it to the public to decide.

Great experience. We are so happy about our new floor. Roheen from Lux-Flooring did a really great job, always very supportive and reliable even during uncertain Corona times. Every promise was kept, skilful and accurate work.

With help from Roheen we selected Hybrid Flooring at LUX FLOORING in Mona Vale. We then made arrangements for a site visit to check our existing floor. This required levelling before the new wood floor could be laid. Roheen arranged this which was very well done, then the wood floor was laid and skirting boards replaced. We are delighted with the end result, and highly recommend LUX FLOORING who were very efficient.

Roheen and his team shown great expertise in evaluating our flooring options, walking side by side with us along the way to completion on our French Grey Wild Oak herringbone Flooring. We are very pleased with the flooring in our new built.Top Notch!

We engaged Lux flooring to replace the flooring throughout the ground floor of our house. From the first point of contact in the store, they were super helpful with different options and very knowledgeable. A few days before install date they came out for the final measurement and realised that we needed the sub floor filled first due to the removal of walls during our kitchen reno. This meant the floor install would need to be delayed due to drying time. This was not a problem for Lux and they came out on a Sunday to install so as not to hold our kitchen install up. They were so quick and efficient and our house looks like a completely different house now. I couldnt recommend more highly
