Lara is amazing! She spent a little extra time making sure my eyes were prepped and cleaned and I haven’t had much fall out at all after quite some time. Very happy with my experience with her and will be back to see her again

I recently got ‘The Works’ package, and was pretty underwhelmed by the experience. There was zero consultation about the shape or look I was after in my brow wax, and very little information about the lash lift/tint, lamination or what each process was - at every step, I had to ask for specifics, and whilst the woman doing the process was friendly enough, I felt like the communication was severely lacking. Even just a friendly update on things as simple as how long I’d be waiting with my eyes glued shut, or what to expect at each part of the process would’ve been helpful / appreciated. My brows/lashes look fine, but I’m unlikely to be a repeat customer.

Simply B&L have got themselves a new repeat customer. I was impressed at the level service, expertise & care my technician. I wanted to get henna tinting on my eyebrows, but was advised against it & recommended hybrid tinting instead. I really appreciate the honestly of my technician, her professionalism & most of all perfectionism to have the right brow colour, tinting technique & shape to suit my face & skin type. Thanks guys!

I highly recommend Jae at the Newtown simply brow and lashes, she’s amazing!I got a lash tint, lift and eyebrow dye.She took the time to explain everything to me, giving me options and making sure I was happy and comfortable. She even very kindly corrected an error admin had made, meaning she would have to redo something and the appointment would be 1 hour longer than she had planned. I was very lucky she was so generous. Jae also detailed other services that would suit me and why, explaining the products that would be used and answered all my questions.My eyes and brows look amazing. She even recommended products, gave me in-depth aftercare advice and checked the ingredients of products I already use to ensure they wouldn’t undo the effects of the lift.She was also just really nice to talk to, which made the whole experience pleasant.Highly recommend, great value for money and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back!

Having been getting my brows threaded/tinted on and off here since they opened and have always been impressed. Have recently started to get lash extensions by Lara, who always listens and does an amazing job. Would highly recommend.

I had a walk-in booking for eyebrow threading, and I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the service I received.Initially, I was informed that there would be a 10-minute wait, which I was fine with. However, my patience was tested when the wait extended beyond what was initially communicated. After waiting for approximately 15 minutes, I was informed that there would be an additional 10-minute delay.This was already frustrating, but I decided to wait patiently, hoping for a positive outcome. Unfortunately, my hopes were dashed when, after a total wait time of 35 minutes, the employee informed me that there were still two more clients ahead of me. They mentioned that I would have to wait an additional 20 to 30 minutes.I cannot express how utterly disappointed I am with this experience. The lack of transparency and accurate time estimation left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. As a customer, I believe it is essential to be provided with honest information regarding wait times, so that I can make an informed decision about whether or not to proceed with the service.Given the circumstances, I cannot recommend this establishment to others who value punctuality and efficient service. I hope the management takes note of these shortcomings and takes appropriate steps to improve their communication and customer service.

Jae just did an amazing job on my brows. I had them threaded after probably 6months of growth, and she was super attentive to what I wanted. It's always a bit scary going into a new brow place, especially when you've been growing them out, but Jae took the time to make sure we were on the same page and executed my shape.Highly recommend :)

I went to get my lash lift reversed afted 2 weeks as they had started to get crooked and bent up. The reversal was supposed to restore my lashes to their natural state"

So hard to find good eyebrow threading in Sydney. Pricing is reasonable and love that I can book online and find a time slot that works for me. So many times I have waited ages at walk in places and end up leaving without anything done. Here I had beautiful brows in 15minutes! Amazing! Definitely recommend
