Just got super tough oak installed for my new home. Great timber product let down by horrible installers. Installers were rude and not attentive to detail throwing their tools and timber etc.My skirting board were damaged in the process and they did a dodgy patch up job.Installers also try to use left over materials instead of using consistent size planks and told me this was normal until i insist that it has to be changed which they weren't happy. They even took all the remaining leftover wooden planks which has been paid for by me.I would reconmend country timber product but be wary of their installers as this a hit and miss judging by the reviews here.

I am extremely impressed with the service provided by Country Timber Flooring and would recommend it to anyone. The staff working in there are very helpful and they provided valuable advices from getting the right timber, quote, onsite assessment and dealing with Strata Management inquiries to the installation process. They have the best installer who can do the job perfectly and add a great value to my apartment.
