Good customer service but only limited shoes to choose from and have to wait for a couple business days for my shoe to arrive at my place, nevertheless good service and was sent to my house with no extra charge.

The most friendliest Nike store I’ve been to in Australia! Staff member Nasser assisted with finding what I needed. Assistant manager Toby, finalised my purchase efficiently and reminded us of Nike’s member rewards program. Will definitely be shopping there again in the future!

Terrible service. Totally ignored for 10 minutes. Walked out and came back 30 minutes later to only be ignored again.My two teenage daughters were just as disgusted. Only after interrupting and forcing the sales clerk to look for a size did we get anywhere.Heads up kids..... Over 40 year Olds earn lots of $$$$. So lost sales to this store that day was over $700. Hope you're not on commision based wages.

For a big sports brand like Nike, I was expecting a larger store. It's very small & doesn't have a big range of apparel, however, I did find some good quality jogging/tracksuit pants there, more than I would've liked to have paid, but probably worth it for the quality in the long run.

Awesome experience going through my needs to support getting back into running. Ethan spotted me with some new Nikes that will benefit my goals and also support my needs with regards to sore knees and the likes. Will be coming back for sure, I'm seriously a Nike fan now! Update 23/3/2023I visited again, was served by “Ethan” excellent service very knowledgeable, Ethan actually knows the product across all ranges (Nike range is extensive) answered all my questions found me the right products 14/10!!!One of the best Nike shops I’ve visited, excellent everything and sales assistant“Laura”Was super helpful and proactive in helping me with my super complicated query, went above and beyond!!! Thank you so much.
