Concierge Car Wash - Westfield Parramatta

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH! This business does not deserve 1 star!The owner Jack is arrogant and has no understanding of how to run a business. These guys will return a car that is not clean and will damage your car. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE unless you are to pay for a car that’s not cleaned properly and returns with damages.

I booked for 3-4pm appointment online. I have the email and sms confirmation. Arrived there early but was turned down. Guy said they are too busy. A lot of cars in line. But i said i have a booking. He said its not valid. They can clean my car but i need to wait.Next time, do not use the appointment online. It is useless.

Nice and swift. Staff Sunny was really attentive and welcoming. Job well done.

STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDING THIS SHOP. MANAGER is ARROGANT and does not know his BUSINESS. Was not onsite the whole day only to come in at 4 30 pm and had the audacity to illegally detain me and my family by removing my car keys in the ignition while my daughter and Wife was in the car waiting with the aircon on because its too hot outside When I was still taIking to him about the service rendered. I dropped my car at 12pm to have a FULL DETAIL only to be told that the car is still not finish even after 4 hours and still not clean even then. I waited while the manager figure something out but nevertheless stayed in his office and didn’t give my keys back. Not only that my Wife and baby was standing outside in the sun for him to return my keys and go home even though we have offered to pay. I had high hopes for this carwash however It has massively failed and management needs to change as this person does not know his business and the law surrounding it. Despite my dissatisfaction he insisted to pay the price he wanted and having total disregard of the issues I have raised with him and told me if I dont pay he will take the keys with him. It came to a point that police needs to be involve in order for the matter to be settled. Please train your people and be more responsible and not be arrogant and aggressive towards customers. This management does not derserve a star.

I was given a Groupon voucher as a gift for Super car wash. I booked for the car wash on 12/1/23 and when I arrived I was told Groupon has updated their system they can no longer accept my voucher. They told me to contact Groupon for refund. I find this very unprofessional. Anyway, I paid $65 separately for the car wash including vacuming. Their job lacks attention to detail. Spider web could still be found on the right side mirror. Finger prints can be seen on the glass. Some areas of the vehicle are still dirty. Not recommended. I hope management will take some action.

The best car detailing I've had, hands down! The attention to detail was amazing. Brought our other car back for a polish and detail before selling it... Superb job once again! Highly recommend.

They advised me I would need to leave my car with them for 3 hours in order to get it washed. I reluctantly agreed and waited the 3 hours to find that they hadn’t even started washing the car when I returned. If they were upfront with me from the beginning I would have taken my car elsewhere. I wont go back here again.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - BROKEN WINDSHIELD. REFUSED TO ACCEPT FAULT. DISHONEST SERVICE PROVIDER!I used this car was for a standard wash, upon picking up my vehicle I noticed a rather large crack in my windscreen (covering from drivers side across to the passengers side of the window). Immediately approached the staff washing the cars and asked what had happened, instant response was that my vehicle was so dirty I wouldn't have noticed it. My car has dash projector and a Navman screen display, both in line of the crack which would make it hard to miss.I approached the manager who advised I can just contact my insurance and have it replaced and that he would watch the footage, as I expected he came back a day later saying that there was no footage that suggested the staff within the car wash had done anything to cause the damage.My car is a new Mazda, I have no other damage to the vehicle as it is still new. I work hard to be able to pay for my car and the dishonesty of this business has set me back over $1000 for a windscreen. My advice is to to AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS, previous customers have complained about scratches on their new vehicles and many other issues, I just wish I had read the reviews prior to coming here. There are multiple other car washes within the Westfield car park, you'd only be doing yourself a favour.

Great service even tho I was a bad customer, didnt realised the time and i wasn't picking up the phone, yet the car washer guy waited for me for a whole hour. I'm sorry about that...He also gave me a great clean of the car, showing me what he could do and offer.Great place, will come back when my car gets dirty again

I feel misled as I made a booking at 3.30pm using the online booking system for a 3-4pm arrival time. I arrived at 3.45pm and was refused service because they had too many cars to wash. I was also charged a booking fee at the time which is non-refundable despite the fact that I did everything right. The website was still accepting bookings at 3.50pm for 4-5pm arrival even though they were too busy to wash anymore cars. The staff were very unhelpful and made me call an unknown man's mobile number to discuss it more who eventually hung up on me.
