I had ongoing difficulty finding a local computer technician until I stumbled upon this site after a failed attempt by one of the larger companies who I thought were local but I was just dealing with a call center the technician who came was from the North Shore! Anyways , I had one of the computers in the office needing repair as the screen kept freezing. Alex an ACTUAL Sutherland Shire local isolated the fault in 15 mins and had the RAM replaced 10 mins later and she's running perfectly now. Since that service this week I had him handle our online services as he moved us to Google G-suite and helped move the website and setup our backup to the cloud. Great service! Explained in plain English which option would last. Computer repairs can be be costly, the flat rate option given before he started was a big positive as was the 1 month warranty on labor.
