Hills Swimming

My kids have been swimming here since they were 4 months old. Now 6 and 7 years old. Every week they come out of the pool with a huge smile. Great teachers.

My daughter is painfully shy and refuses swimming lessons. I recently enrolled her into Hills Swimming and have been so impressed from the second we walked in. They are so accommodating, calm and patient with my daughter, after her second lesson she is already in the water, going down their slide and giving it a go, which is more than I could even imagine. Her teacher Sophie is so amazing and patient with my daughter, she has already gained her trust in such a short time. I’m so impressed with their approach!

I have brought both my children here since they were six months old. The teachers and the staff have all been friendly and professional. My children enjoy coming here and have a strong swimming foundation.The class sizes are small and focus on important water safety skills rather than just playing.

Harassed me in a time of need, got to a class to be kicked out. No customer service support or help, they were rude to me when trying to discuss issues with their staff. Horrible experience

My partner has been here multiple times with Austin on weekdays, so today was my first experience to have a swim with our SonUpon arrival I wasn't informed whom my instructor was nor was I directed with the slightest information ...on what to do....E.g. where to change bub, store our items, location of change rooms/showers, Is this our first time?..... Luckily I asked my partner what do beforehand so I had a slight idea.On time 5 mins prior to the swimming lesson at 10:15.. I dressed my son at the change table where I had to find obviously, ready to go with excitement we changed. 25 mins later we're still waiting to go into the pool, the instructor didn't even acknowledge or communicate with me whatsoever to pop into the pool. Mind you I'm in very close proximity, she'd even looked at her folder with booking and name .I'm so disappointed and saddened that my son a 4 month year old waited patiently without crying to go into the pool. Austin and my partner will continue with the swimming lessons. I will personally will not return due to having a horrible experience with my first swim lesson with Austin. On a positive note, thank you Zoe for taking me and Austin in your class...There was some smiles in the end but not enough to return.There was also a lady walking with a folder with bookings.. I approached her at 10:40 to find out whom the instructor might be... to be told we missed our class.... She put me in Zoe's class which I'm glad she organised however she should have noticed me standing alone for 30 mins..

We love learning to swim here! Have taken my daughter for past 2 years. She gets individualised attention and challenges during her classes. The team are all very friendly and interact well with the kids. They are great at explaining the benefits of each activity for parent/child classes. Well worth the investment

Highly recommend! We have been having lessons since my little one was 3 months old and she loves the water! The swim teachers are highly skilled and very caring. Very clean and great facilities.

My son’s been going to hills Swimming since 4 month old. From crying through the whole lesson to enjoying every minute now, it’s been tough. He also gets sick very often, I guess he’s one of the kids having most make up classes.All the staff here are very friendly and they run small classes. Most importantly their water quality and standard is the highest in Sydney. If you’re local, this place is you must go!

I love Hills Swimming. We've had Bree and Emma in the last year and a half, and I couldn't rate them high enough. The approach to the kids is spot on and they get along with my son so well, take things at his pace and support him to learn. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Awesome staff and facilities. My kids have all gone here and are all confident swimmers now
